Promised a refund by 25th October but nothing. Another lie

Stay away! I paid over a £1000 for full treatment neither did I get any treatment or any money refunded! Disgusting !!!

Skin@ are scammers, just like SkinHQ.
Both companies steal peoples money.
Both companies are now being struck off the register due to fraud.
I would recommend going through your bank and requesting a charge back, as there is no way of contacting anyone at Skin@ now.
I had money stolen from the Skin@ Southampton branch, no idea whether it was Skin@ that steals the money, or if it's the owner - either way, the owner of the Southampton branch is a coward for closing the doors with the apparent 'water leak' and then not following up with an explanation or refunds for people. Still shows on companies house at present that the building is being leased by him, shows some great information if anyone wants to pay a visit to a certain home address, just need a few clicks to find it.
Hopefully he reads all these poor reviews and that he never does anything like this again. See you've updated your LinkedIn, removing any link from you at Skin@ - plus adjusting your name so it's harder for people to find you, hope you feel you need to hide forever after what you have done.
Thought you'd have known better after your previous line of work caring for people...
If it's too good to be true, it usually is, so stay away.

Disclaimer: I have never had a laser hair removal treatment with them because I couldn't trust them. I purchased a voucher via Groupon. Doing a bit of research, I discovered that they had negative reviews, their website didn't work, they were unprofessional when I contacted them to book an appointment or to check facts I discovered about their company. I can see that Groupon has now stopped selling their voucher (unsure whose decision that is, it could be the company). I have contacted the supplier company for the laser machine they claim to have and will update the review when I hear back. Be very cautious with them.

I bought a 12 sessions package and never got them done as they closed one branch after the other, and now I lost my money.

This company took £250 from me, closed their doors after 1 session and are now refusing to refund me. Do not trust this company. They are thieves and liars and have now blocked me on all social media platforms for calling them out. They do this very very regularly.

Rude, unhelpful and unproffsesional staff, treatment hasn't worked, had 5 sessions.

I paid for 6 sessions when the company was owned by skinhq, the company is no longer owned by skinhq, that change happened at my 2nd appointment, they honoured my next 3, now I have been on holiday so had to wait 8 weeks for my last session and I have just received a phone call saying I need to pay when I come in for the 6 of 6 session. The lady on the phone was so rude, and said she will pass my details on to the management who MAY contact me.

I can not tell you how disgusting the member of staffs attitude was, she was telling me I had lost over £200 and that meant nothing to her. I will never ever go to this shop again, and I urge anybody considering using them to go somewhere else.

Been to Glasgow location. Well presented Skin Care Clinic with very friendly staff. Lee was great and very thorough with Laser treatment. Would definitely recommend!. Prices are cheap too.

I had a hydrafacial with Kenzie and it was amazing, she let me know what each step did and the benefits which was really interesting, would highly recommend this treatment my skin looks and feels great.
