Natalie goes above & beyond for her clients. My experience with her this evening was amazing! She pays attention to how you are feeling during the procedure by checking in with you & asking you how you are…She takes her time to ensure the client is getting the best service possible. I would happily recommend her to others!

Wow, This was quite the best experience I have ever had. The place was super clean and tidy and had the most welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Natalie (the esthetician at the salon) was absolutely fantastic. She was very skilled at what she does, but also is super friendly and made me feel right at home. We had great conversations throughout the session, which helped distract me from the very little discomfort I experienced. Even though it was my first time there, it felt like I had been a regular customer for ages. Definitely will not be going anywhere else from now on, my skin and I are very grateful for Natalie and this experience 😁🫶🏽✨

This was my first Brazilian wax so I was a little nervous but Skin City Spa was very professional and explained everything in detail to ensure that I had an understanding of what was about to happen and I had the opportunity to ask any questions that I had. She also checked in throughout the entire waxing process to make I was ok. I would definitely recommend going to Skin City Spa 10 out of 10.

Nathalie is just awesome. This was my first time doing the Brazilian wax and I was anxious. She made me felt comfortable and relax. She walked me through the process and didn’t sugar coat anything. The whole experience was great. I wouldn’t say I didn’t feel any pain, there was, but it was tolerable and it went away quickly. At the end if the session, it felt nothing happened. It was a very pleasant experience. ❤️

Nat is such a pro at people and waxing. I’ve never felt this comforted when doing a brazilian wax. After my first time, I knew I would want to come back again and now i’ve been going to her monthly for a wax appointment. ☺️
