Terrible customer service

I purchased an item but didn’t open it immediately. It was still within the usual return range for businesses but theirs is apparently 10 days. I received a dirty used item when I paid for new. They would not interact with me after saying 10 days even though it wasn’t my fault they sent a dirty item, it’s not as if I changed my mind and just wanted to return it. Their products are overpriced for what you get but I paid extra thinking it would be best to buy from a company that supposedly had customer service and was a known name, my mistake. I regret everything about having bought from them.

Business is fraudulent doesn’t apply to…

Business is fraudulent doesn’t apply to the hygiene regulations. She rips people off. She doesn’t pay people back as certification to staff is bogus. Do not go to this place if you want bad treatment she even does it to her own family and rich them off too. she owes people a lot of money. Shut this business. This business should be shut down.

How much Retinol

Bought the Skin Gym Retinol Stick on a whim whilst deciding whether to buy a Retinol subscription from another company. However no where on the package or the Internet does it state how much Retinol it contains. Pretty vital I think.
