Ordered a size that was too large. Contacted them three times to get an exchange and received no reply.

I haven’t yet tried my leggings. I even invested in the strongest! I purchased size Large and they are too big. I attempted to exchange but was advised the 14-day trial had expired. I’m not trying to return the leggings, and I did not wear because they wouldn’t stay up! I merely wish to exchange for size medium. I spent $149 on these…please!!!

My daughter in law told me about this brand of leggings. I ordered an extra large which was perfect. I love the fit and the shape of them. The BOGO offer was great and they come in a cute gift bag. I’m going to share the second pair with my daughter. I love it! Thank you!

I ordered items on July 1st, July 2 and July 7th. Missing July 2nd and July 7th items. July 1st items weren't what I ordered they gave me carpi when I ordered leggings. Tried to contact to get everything taken care of and well no one is willing to call or replace/refund.

I have been trying to get a hold of the customer service to request a refund, but they have not responded. So I am out $80. Based on my disappointment in their product and the lack of customer service.

I placed an order and paid £91. I have not received my order or a refund. My emails have been ignored. DO NOT ORDER, SCAM COMPANY

This company has horrible customer service! If you actually need to return something… Beware! They purposely do not respond to any of your return requests and they only offer a 14 day return window. It’s a complete scam! Do not buy into their “Response time” scam, which they say is 24 hours to 72 hours! Not true! Listen to all the other reviews on here regarding returns. I’m out $140 for two resistance leggings that I bought that are way too small. 🙁 If I were you, I would purchase leggings from sweet flexx!! They are amazing! Their response time is almost immediate! Best customer service!

Ordered leggings and a top on the 10th Feb 2025 and heard nothing for nearly a month. No correspondence saying the items had been dispatched, in fact no correspondence at all.
Emailed stating i had not received anything, the items have now since appeared, i am left wondering would i have still received the items had i not emailed.

This is a horrible company. I ordered the pants and the shoes back in January of 2025, and was told I was told I would get my shipment in 7-14 business days. Did I get the shoes yes(which I hate) but not the pants. At the end on January I emailed and all I got was an automated reply. Several emails later I was told that I could get a refund or wait for the shipment “around” February 3. To my ignorance I agreed and still nothing. I sent more emails and after contacting my bank and sending messages via instagram and Facebook I got a refund just for the pants AND they kept the shipping

I ordered these in November. I still have not received my full order even with many emails back and forth. I have asked for the complaints process and not been given much information on this. I am very disappointed.

I love these leggings, I have 6 bands. I where them at the gym and they hold you in so you look and feel slimmer, I actually feel supported, I also wear them all home. I’ve had them for 4 weeks now and need a smaller pair. They are doing what they said they would do! 1/2,a stone 7llbs I’ve lost

The product is decent. I hate the name of the product and how prominently it is displayed because it’s embarrassing to announce. Customer service is lacking as well. They straight up forgot to send me part of my order and didn’t offer anything but a reshipmenf a month later after I asked them what happened and they admitted their error. I’d get resistance band leggings from Sweetflex instead.

Wonderful service and product. I have been wearing the 6 band leggings for about 5 days now and can really feel the muscles in my legs working. I'm looking forward to getting a pair of the super resistance leggings so I can workout even more efficiently and effectively! Thanks very much Skinnify :)
