Tried two different products through this company but neither made any difference apart from making me feel nauseous all the time. They do not respond to any messages so can only presume they do not care for their customers at all, instead continue to send me junk mail with offers for new products... Don't waste your money!

I was sent this product complimentary to review from Caitlin back in June and I apologize for the lateness of my review & Youtube video. I am not much of a coffee drinker, but this coffee is good. She recommended “Mocha”. I finally started this 28 day challenge so let’s see how it turns out.

Customer service is shocking.
Asked simple questions and kept requesting the information I had already supplied.

Sent a shipping email that said ‘Express Post’ but when I requested a tracking number they told me I didn’t pay for it as it’s only available for express shipping?

Asked where it states on their website that no tracking will be issued for ‘Non express shipping’ ( even though my confirmation email stated otherwise ) and didn’t answer so opened a PayPal claim as these replies all show signs of a scam.

Once I opened a claim, they told me that there will be no more corresponding through emails and we must go through PayPal.

Seriously.

Just want a refund thanks.

I purchased this from Ocado, it was half price and had reasonable reviews, so I had hope that it would help shed a few pounds - I am also doing a healthy eating regime - not being lazy expecting this product to do all the work and miraculously help me lose weight.
I have almost finished the pack, and it has NOT worked. I am 3LB lighter than 3 weeks ago and that was the first week due to the diet of less fat and sugar. No weight loss for the past two weeks, so I can assure you it does not do what it claims.Don't waste your money.

I love this product, tastes good, gives you energy and a great addition to a weight loss journey (exercise is still necessary, this product will not work on it's own, its just a boost).

No difference at all using these products, except for gas! Have preserved using these every day, morning coffee taste not to bad but the night time one isn't great! would not buy again!
