I was given a treatment without a singel follow up! When I finished my treatment and told them that my skin got worsen they asked me to come to the clinic. During the appointment I was told that a follow up would be made with me and to wait until they get an answer from Obagi clinic.
No one every contacted me. They kept ignoring my emaisl and now they even lied by telling that I didn;t use th products correctly while I followed every single step in the morning and evening!
A shame! I paid 590 GBP to get my skin worse!!!!!!
To conclude:
I received no medical follow-up during or after the treatment,
The treatment made my skin worse
My emails and call were ignored,
And the overall quality of service was far below what was expected and promised.
TO AVOID!

To clarify, the Obagi Nu-Derm system is a medical-grade skincare programme designed to be self-administered at home rather than as an in-clinic treatment. While review appointments are not routinely included as part of the product purchase, we arranged a follow-up when you reached out to us with your concerns.
During your review, our clinician noted that your results appeared different from what we’d typically expect to see when the Obagi system is followed as prescribed, and offered tailored advice to support your skin going forward. We’re sorry that you were unhappy with the outcome and that this experience hasn’t reflected the high standard of care we aim to deliver.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you and your wife were left feeling disappointed following your recent experience with us. We understand how distressing it can be to deal with complications after a treatment, especially when you’re trying to find the right support and advice.
To clarify, when clients contact us with concerns relating to aesthetic treatments not performed at SkinViva, we offer the option of a complications consultation. This is a dedicated appointment with one of our experienced medical clinicians to assess the issue and provide professional guidance. As standard, a non-refundable £100 fee is charged for this appointment to cover the clinician’s time and expertise — regardless of whether treatment is deemed safe or possible on the day.
This is different to the free consultations we offer for elective aesthetic treatments carried out at SkinViva, which are focused on discussing suitability, desired outcomes, and any associated medical risks before proceeding.
In your wife’s case, our clinician carried out a full assessment and, based on the information available, made the clinical decision not to proceed with dissolving the filler. Without knowing the exact type of filler used, the precise injection points, and with visible swelling and puffiness present, it would not have been safe to administer hyaluronidase. Our clinician also advised a follow-up with your GP and recommended steps to take if symptoms worsened, including seeking urgent care.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but our duty of care means prioritising patient safety at all times — including making the decision not to treat when the risks outweigh the benefits.
We're truly sorry you felt let down by the process and would never wish for anyone to feel unheard or unsupported. If you need any further information or documentation from the consultation to share with another healthcare provider, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’ll be happy to help. Wishing your wife a smooth and speedy recovery.

I have regular Botox at Skin Viva and just finished my third microneedling session. They always aim for the best outcome and give extra advice for at home. I always leave looking forward to the next time I can come back for something else!

Best treatment ever
It is “ridiculous” how good Dr. Matt did my Botox. I’ve been having Botox for more than 3 years and even I was very happy with the treatment I always had some movement in my forehead after all as I am very expressive. I have no movement at all (that is what I asked for) and this never happened before. Great job Doctor and thanks.

Had a deep cleanse facial and skin consultation today with jules and I have to say it was amazing i came out with my skin feeling hydrated, refreshed and looking great, jules was fantastic very informative answered every question i had and informed of all the dos and donts for my skin and what my skin needs, i learnt a lot of things today that i didn’t know before, very very happy and i will definitely be returning, would also like to say how welcoming jules was and also the lady who was on the reception at the end very welcoming and lovely ladies. Skin viva have been fabulous with me I didn’t like the look of my previous lip filler from over the years and they worked with me in clinic dissolving them and making them just perfect how I wanted. Staff are all professional and lovely. Can’t recommend them enough!!! Amazing

Skin Viva is not what it used to be
Skin Viva is not what it used to be. At least the Training Academy.
I had a session for Botox last year, and the delinquents caused my left eyebrow in a Botox session to be raised and unequal to the right eyebrow.
No, not only did they not fix the problem they created but they made me feel like it was my fault.
I went to another beauty clinic and they fixed the problem that the Training Academy of Skin Viva created for me.
I won't say my name fully. because I am a Health care Professional.

Amazing experience
Late review but was waiting for results to show for a more comprehensive feedback.
I was laye to my appointment due to the weather and train cancellations. They were very understanding at the clinic and appreciated the fact that I've come a long way and managed to fit me in.
I had forehead botox and wanted to still maintain my facial expressions. Almost two weeks post injections now and I can confidently say I'm happy with the results.
Great experience and wonderful friendly staff.

Perfect
I went for Botox in my masseter after a year worth of pain and no solutions. Sharryn was so educated on the issue and made me feel completely at ease. She followed up with me to make sure all is okay and provided support the whole time. Perfect experience!
