Ski Service Verbier Opiniões 

The service I received was awful. Having found an item I liked I decided to purchase it. A jumper costing just over 250chf. Within 3 days of wearing it however it started to fray at the seams.
I tried to take it back, with the receipt and within a week of purchase in order to get a replacement however was told that it must be due to rubbing against something else I must have been wearing.
I explained this wasn’t possible but they said there’s nothing they can do. The onto option was to send it off which would take 1-2 weeks and it would still most likely get refused.
Shocking service and shocking quality of product, I certainly won’t be shopping here again or sending any of my clients.
I would recommend going to Xtreme if your visiting Verbier located at Place Central where the service and product quality has always been second to none.

The ONLY place to rent equipment in Verbier. Reasons:
They have a place under the Black Sheep at the top of the Medran lift - a complete shop with more gear - and you can leave all your gear there overnight for free. I think it is called Les Ruinettes. The staff there Matt, Alex and Seb are knowledgeable, kind, friendly and delightful to deal with. My right boot was killing me, no problem, switched out in a flash. Cannot relate in words how awesome it is to have this service and facility on the hill, run by super cool young gentlemen.
On our final day, we left all our gear up there with them, no lugging that stuff down the hill into town.
just a positive experience from start to finish.

The whole staff in the 2 stores in Verbier were excellent, always helpful and in good spirits. Equipment was top notch!

The staff were absolutly fantastic. They couldn’t do enough to help. Not only regarding sorting and storing equipment and helping me fix my own kit but giving advice about the resort, nightlife, where to bag the best happy hour the works, highly recommend and will see you next season

Ski Service provides excellent care of my whole family when we went skiing. It was so easy to swap skis. What I really loved is the on snow service - it was alike a home away from home. The guys warmed my boots up over night and stored our skis. They were so helpful - it was Verbier luxury. Thanks so much

I have always loved Ski Service, but particularly love that there is an easy online experience now. I can organize everything I need prior to my trip and pick it all up at ski service in Verbier. SO incredibly convenient. I particularly love how there are special discounts for advanced reservations or black Friday, etc. And there is even friendly live chat to help navigate any questions that pop up! How advanced!

This is honestly the best ski shop I have used. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I was being a nuisance. They looked after my gear every night and let me extend my rental. Absolutely bloody fantastic.

Great equipment and service. Great having on mountain shop as well so can swap skis during the day if you want.

I cannot say enough about the ski service staff. The staff was professional courteous and did everything to make my trip to Verbier a great experience. No need to go anywhere else in Verbier to meet your equipment needs.

Bad professional stuff in the whole ski area. No interest in their customers and just thinking to profit. Lifts are old and queues ineffective. I have been in Austria and Spain and much better ski resorts and professional stuff than in Verbier. Better ski pistes elsewhere!
