Ski Solutions replied very quickly, and arranged my holiday in Whistler with my preferred hotel, airline and dates within the day and their price was very competitive. In fact I’m paying less for more days next year than I’d paid a competitor for this years holiday in the same hotel! Great service and great price

Just booked again with Steve for next year. He was super responsive to emails and calls, some great recommendations, and good knowledge of the best places.

Have travelled twice with Ski Solutions. Both family trips with family & friends. We returned from the most recent trip a couple of weeks ago from Courcheval. Decided that my wife and I would like a few more days on the slopes this year so contacted Ski Solutions to book four days in Italy. Received an initial call, explained what we were after; flights, transfers, hotel, ski passes . However, it was quickly obvious from the disinterested representative that this was not an enquiry that was of any particular interest. Was promised a call back which unsurprisingly never came so we booked elsewhere. Even a courtesy call to say they were unable to help would have been acceptable. I've spent over £15k with Ski Soutions over the last 2 years. It's the last money I will ever spend with them.
Update. They replied and asked me to email details which I duly did. They responded promising to investigate. And to no one's surprise, I haven't heard a word since.

I have used Ski Solutions in the past when booking a Ski Holiday so I had no hesitation in using them again. Sophie re-called my previous occasion and was as helpful, patient and understanding as I remember her even though I required a few tweaks to a normal Club Med resort booking as we are part of a larger group. A pleasure doing business very professional and I fully recommend them.

Great team at ski solutions- knowledgeable, proactive and always manage to find us a great deal for 8 guys with different tastes and located from south England to north Scotland - no easy task but they manage it every time.

Very helpful, knowledgable and responsive staff who sorted out our booking very speedily.

Ned was very helpful discussing our holiday requirements with us. We decided upon Alps D'huez and had a really good holiday. Ned had experience of that resort and was able to recommend some restaurants too which was very helpful. The accommodation was very good and as expected, with a nice walk to the slopes. We had issues with our flight out and flight back, due to the weather each time. Unfortunately, we didn't get the app or text updates from TUI/Crystal, as they had Ski Solutions' contact details, not mine, but I was able to contact Ski Solutions easily enough each time, and we did get that all resolved in the end. I would use Ski Solutions again.

Friendly helpful service from Clare Roberts who gave us a range of options and we settled on an excellent option.

Also being able to book decent ski hire and ski passes through Ski Solutions at a reasonable price makes it easier!

So far so good, Amy has provided really great customer service so far in providing quick responses to our enquiries and making the booking process a positive experience. Ski solutions have worked to find us a package to suit our needs and catered for all special requests. Looking forward to great winters ski.
