Skitts great bridge what can I say, the help and guidance I have received on the journey to sell my house was second to none brilliant, especially coming from Neeta and also her team. There was some ups and downs due to buyers but Neeta kept the ball rolling and bringing potential buyers in then finally sealing the deal for me. I couldn’t recommend this company enough I realy can’t. Thank you

Anita was amazing in finding me my dream house from letting me visit 2 or 3 times to measure and showing me round countless different homes. I fell in love with this one. She was amazing with questions and securing the house for me. She is an asset to the company and needs a pay rise for outstanding service to skitts and myself. Thanks so much

We sold our house recently with skitts Sedgley office, they have been amazing with us, it has taken quite a while, but they have stuck with us and we completed last week, Adam, Sue and Louise we can’t thank you enough.
This is the second house we have sold through Skitts and both times they have come through for us.

When viewing properties for sale from the branch in Great Bridge, Neta is a fantastic! She was so helpful and goes above and beyond. She helped me and my family view properties we wouldn’t have even looked at because we didn’t know the areas they were in well but she knew and gave us great insight. If anyone needs help she’s the lady to go too! Thank you so much

Trying to get any information regarding land thats for sale is nigh on impossible. Whats it actually mean that there 3rd party, surely they know who is the seller, sellers agent or the auctioneers that are dealing with it. The staff are most unhelpful and can’t get you off the phone quick enough.
I thought the idea was to be as helpful as possible and make money selling things. Disgraceful service!

I would leave a 0 star review but I have to 1 as a minimum. Chantelle is terrible, we had a viewing and she was 30 minutes late, she has no respect for anyone else’s time nor does she have any punctuality skills. If any property fails to find a buyer then it’s because of her as she does not do a good job in trying to sell the house. She should not be allowed to give any viewings and wastes all of our time.

These people are worth their weight in gold.
I had a brilliant experience with Skitts’s and couldn’t recommend them enough. They are experienced and know what they are talking about.
The post sales progresses especially Louise are amazing. They chase both solicitors. They kept me updated regularly.
My solicitor was not great and whenever I had a question or was unsure I could ring Skitts’s and they always helped me and put me at ease.
They go over and above. My sales progressor would even communicate urgent matters on her days off.
They made things so much easier and I could trust them and what they say.
The experience and knowledge they have really helps you trust they know what they are doing and can help you complete quickly

Very helpful and proactive with the sale of our house.
Kept in the loop and never felt like they wasn't doing their absolute best. Would recommend.

Ive been renting a property since for a few years now and disgusted with the water facilities a house that is 30 years of age with an immersion heater an electric shower should be banned, it should be a combi boiler with a mixertap shower the owner needs to learn respect for his cleanliness clearly he has none
This property will be taken from the owner in due time

Re iterating on the review to avoid these at all costs. These are Un professional and do not want to communicate. I put in an offer on a property 3 days it took for me to eventually get an answer when I told them to cancel the valuation on my own property. They then told me they would do everything they could to sell my property to secure the new property. They decided to communicate the property I was interested in purchasing had been sold by contacting one of my family members and did not ring me directly. They even told me I had to increase my offer to the asking price which I did and then told me the property had sold over the asking price. Muppet show!

If their was a 0 review I would give a minus review just like the weather today their customer service is absolutely diabolical. Me and the wife went for a mortgage in principle as we are looking for a house and a decision should have been given to us within 48 hours but its been 2 weeks and we've called many times and we've just been led down a rabbit hole . The mortgage advisor is Claire brown and she don't even phone u back nor does she even email u back what a rubbish company , stay away frome skirts like the plague .

Never ever go through skitts they let me down i see one house 155 Churchill road Willenhall ws2 area the house price was £230000 I offered £232000 and told them if anyone gives offers more then what I’m giving. And i will go put more money offer they said ok and i keep asking they give me their solicitor and everything sort but end of the day they said the house is gone someone else bought it but they never told me before they keep saying we will let you know don’t worry don’t worry but they was playing a game they really disappointed me and make the loose of house owner it’s looks like they are crept and took money under the table so never even go to them I learned a lesson I can’t give 0 stars to them

Called the Skitts Agency in Willenhall, asked to book me a property viewing, the agent starts with silly questions, if I know that the property is on auction I sad yes, then are you a cash buyer or do you need a mortgage - I sad I read the advert, I Know is cash only, then he asked where is the cash coming from ? Which I found that the question is not appropriate one - I told him to stop with silly questions and I need only to book me a viewing, and he dropped the phone. I rang 5 times more after that and he didn't pick up the phone. As well I rang this agency 2 times before, a lady took all my details, then she promised to find out when will be any viewings and she will call me back - but she has never turned up.
