I ordered two films - one of them starts with Netflix. The other has no option to turn off the subtitles, not to mention the poor image quality.

The cases have pieces of cut plastic and nylon sticking out.

For that price, they could at least have been copied better… terrible.

Scammers who send and produce pirated/counterfeit products from Sri Lanka. In hindsight, there are so many red flags with this company . Don't get sucked in with their website - because it looks legitimate with their stock pictures and listings of authentic licensed goods. The first red flag, was the Paypal button that doesn't work and when asked, they said "This option is not available in your country." Lies. Then you get asked to transfer payment money into their business account in your country and they'll offer you a discount. Never got a discount anyway. The second red flag was that I paid, then they said they didn't have it in stock. Then they sent another email later, saying it was 'in stock' after I pointed out that it said on their website that it's in stock, and I provided proof of payment. Third red flag, was they claim they've sent your item and it'll be there in 15-30 days. They give you a tracking number that goes nowhere - it can't be tracked. When questioned they told me "Don't worry. We send it already." never answering my questions. I see online that other people, got pirated/bootlegged goods that are extremely low quality, which is what I eventually received also. They downloaded it off the internet with a buffering internet connection, and copied it to a blu ray disk with a cheap black dvd case, that had the cover graphics printed from a cheap printer placed inside it. Don't waste your time or money, because their prices are the full price that you'd pay for the real licensed merchandise, and you're getting very low quality, illegal goods...if they even turn up. I don't know how these people haven't been shut down by authorities. Save yourself the money, hassle and disappointment, and just don't do it. AVOID AT ALL COST. 🚫

Wanneer je hierover een mail stuurt en je geld terug vraagt, krijg je geen antwoord meer.

It's been over 3 weeks since my purchase and NOT even a whisper of any indication of movement on the tracking of my order. And no reply to my recent inquiry!

NEW: Finally received my DVDs. Both DVDs were 'so dark', one could hardly see what was going on! Half of the DVDs were mostly grainy! NOT worth buying from this company! It was not enjoyable to watch at all.

STAY AWAY FROM A WEBSITE CALLED SKNMART.COM as they sall pirated dvds thought i was ordering an original dvd and i Paid for tracking wich took the cost to £25.50 and when i got it they simply downloaded it from netflix and pit it on disc and when i contacted them they told me to return it for a refund so i did and it £12.20 then it took weels before the refund was issued and even at that they did not refund the complete order so i am out of pocke nearly £40 they gave me back £18 they told me the bank took money of it wich they didnt so they are lying to people and making money out of breaking the law more specificly the copyright right law wich is a criminal offence PLEASE PLEASE STAY FROM SKNMART.COM you wont get any original they tried to edit what i orderd but they could not get that right and the quality was awfull so
