Repaired my scooter fair price and quickly.

Staff very friendly.

This company will screw you over. They lie about their products and give zero support to the customer, and will ignore you. They also charged me £150 more than anyone else on planet Earth sells the Scooter for. Why are companies allowed to do this?
Avoid this vile company at all costs and tell everyone how evil they are.

I genuinely cannot praise Skootz Electric Scooters enough.

I originally ordered an iX5S, but due to a shipping issue and recall on that model, the team contacted me directly and handled the situation brilliantly from start to finish. thanks Josh and Mark - you were ace!!

Instead of leaving me waiting or giving excuses, they upgraded me to the M4 at no extra cost, included a seat, upgraded waterproofing to IP65, (this rating for people who don't know makes all the under carriage of the chassis and all the electrics inside much more waterproof, so well worth getting this if you buy one, especially in the UK!) and then to top it off, they even threw in an extra bag as a goodwill gesture. Thanks guys 🙏🏼

This level of honesty and customer care is incredibly rare these days as we all know!!

What really stood out to me was that you can tell this is a proper family-run company that genuinely cares about its customers and reputation. Communication was friendly, transparent and professional throughout, and they treated me like a valued customer rather than just another order number.

A lot of companies would have hidden behind terms and conditions or delayed things for weeks, but Skootz did the exact opposite — they stepped up immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Also they even contacted me on a bank holiday Monday, which is unheard of!!

The scooter arrived well packaged, the upgrade was generous, and the whole experience actually left me more impressed than if the original order had simply arrived normally.

Massive respect to the whole team. I’ll absolutely recommend Skootz to friends and family and would happily buy from them again in the future.

Proper customer service still exists — and this company proves it. WELL DONE TEAM SCOOTZ!!!!

I bought the es60 from scootz over a year ago now and it was completely faulty from the first day I got it the front wheel housing is completely loose the bolts for the front end were completely wrecked barely any threads left when I tried to tighten them and ontop of that the battery has started dying after around 2k miles, definitely steer clear of their products

Skootz is a brilliant shop my grandson scooter is absolutely brilliant he is so happy he has had to get it repaired three time and the service is impeccable lovely helpful staff easy to approach and they are very understanding and efficient would recommend skootz of Dundee 💯 thanks guys.

This place is amazing. I’ve been through so many companies and had very bad experience but this one.. well where do I start? Been dealing with Mark who is extremely helpful, and managed to sort any issues I have had. Best e scooter place about. Make sure you check them out

Excellent service .Explained whole set up , walks in for a puncture repair on my other scooter and walks out with a brand new scooter planned and gifted to me as a surprise by my partner . Couldn't be happier😁 super friendly guys . I got the IE M4pro S+ Max XL with a beefier battery for total convenience.this scoot has everything I need.Foot rest to lift it as I'm female it's heavy I need something to grip. 3 days I had it before needing charged . It's a great scooter . Really good value for money. This was my 2nd visit to skootz as I knew I'm in good hands . Tidy wee care plan added which was a no brainier. If you're looking at this scooter and pondering.Buy it . Smooth ride with big beefy tyres .My Daily post office journeys with my orders just got 10X Easier

Bought an M4 Pro from Edinburgh last year and I have to say amazing service. I got the care plan which was recommended, and have had 2 punctures fixed, which was so cheap. Definitely recommended shopping here. Thanks Robbie, who is the manager there, and helped me a lot.

Guy basically didn’t want to fix scooter talked me out of getting it fixed there clearly out his depth defo wouldn’t recommend the Glasgow branch

Great customer service. Took my sons first scooter here to be fixed , guys were great bought his second one from here great scooter , broke and the guys replaced it within a day!

Just purchased my second Scooter from Skootz i was so pleased with the first purchase I decided to purchase another for my wife but decided to buy the extended battery version of the M4 Pro S+ as always really happy with the purchase from ordering to delivery 2 days from Scotland to the South West i can't recommend Skootz enough really pleased with the whole process.

These guys are absolute class. They knew I drove from Lanark to Glasgow for a repair and prioritised my repair so I didn't need to come back again. Very reasonable price for repairs and these guys go the extra mile to fix things that I never knew were broken without extra charge (headlight)
Nice genuine and trustworthy people. A pleasure to deal with. Just wish I knew a mechanic for my car like these guys.
