I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing. They are next to impossible to get ahold. I was informed the product was shipping a few days ago, when i finally did get a hold of someone. Yet still nothing. No tracking or anything. So I have called, messaged and sent an email to just cancel the order and refund the money. Still no response. I would not recommend this company.

They offer a great product and a great price.
Also if there is an issue customer service is really there to help

Great experience with the company. Easy purchase. My item was shipped and received within a week. I thought I was going to have issues as I did not get an update on the shipping or when it was shipped. The confirmation email said the shipping info would be sent to me once it was, in fact, shipped. After the 2-5 day period I still heard nothing so I went to the website and through the internal chat initiated a chat. I received an immediate response. The person I chatted with looked into the situation immediately and found that the package had been delivered that day to the front desk. The only negative was the shipping communication, but that alone was not worth any negative point of deduction due to the promptness of the chat through the website. Not to mention the product was spot on what I ordered and i have no complaints on the product itself either. It was also nice that I bought something online and it wasn't from China. So SkullVibe gets 5 stars from me. I will have no issue ordering again.

Extremely good quality, heavy duty. Plenty of pouches, strong supper easy install. Seat Back even has a hidden pocket.

I received a defective product, that can't be used as intended. I reached out to support, no response. I asked how to return the product, no response. I called both phone numbers listed on their site, one always says busy, the other just rings. The refund section of their web site has no details on how to start a return nor where to send it. It's either a very poorly run company or a scam.

Bought mine about 6 months ago and absolutely love it. I’ve taken it to the indoor range and well as the desert. Has plenty of pockets for mags and other accessories (cleaning gear). Feels great on your back when stocked (Shotgun, AR, and three pistols). Very high quality!

Excellent gun case. Holds my two AR rifles with scopes mounted, ammo, cleaning kit, first aid kit and a couple of snacks. Very sturdy, excellent quality.

I recieved my Tactical Gun case and I'm thrilled at the quality, everything is exactly what they advertised.. Lots of extra storage plus you can add more with the molle availability.. Just love it

Easy install good fit on the back of my King Ranch front seats. It carries a scoped Bagara rifle 24/7 in .308. It makes the rifle easy to access and protects the scope from impacts while bouncing down

Provides ready access to items needed quickly like medical bandages/band-aids, Quik clot, sterile water and meds. Takes up little space. Biggest problems are ‘what to put in’ and ‘how to diminish its theft attraction.’ Snatched 'n grabbed it deploying on a rig's hood to treat a scalp laceration on very first use. Recommend creating a map of 'what's in where' for STAT access. I'm a retired MD and carry more stuff than most off-roaders. YMMV.

Fits everything and easy to carry. The quality is amazing and the durability of the case is perfect for many years of use.

Took a little longer than expected, maybe 2 weeks or so but worth it. A really nice case with quality construction. Should last nearly forever.

Updated 4/22/2025 Finally received product which is actually good quality. And heard back from customer service who attempted to make things right. Only after I left negative reviews. So all in all id say 3 stars now. Just wish id gotten more prompt responses instead of the runaround. But the product helped raise my review to 3.

I placed my order Jan 17, 2025. I received a package Jan 28th, which contained the wrong item. I contacted customer support via email that same day explaining the mistake. What followed was an email back and forth where I attempted to get the correct case sent to me. This continued until Feb 9th where I was told that the correct case was being sent and I would be provided with tracking in short order. On the 13th I sent an email requesting the tracking number I was promised. Instead I was provided a return shipping label and no update on the case I originally ordered. I have since sent two inquiries with no response from them. It has been a long time since I have had such a poor experience with an online seller. I would advise people to shop elsewhere.

I bought 2 for each front seat of my bronco 2. Paaenger side is for vehicle recovery, search & rescue. Drivers side is first aid kit and my vehicle support. I liked them cause of the black color making it hard to see for someone looking through the glass, but easily accessible from the back seat (if needed) and the ground. They even work with the rear seats stowed down...it just requires a specific order of operation.

What started out as a sketchy purchase and conversations with Jay, he made a sketchy start fair and balanced.
I still hold reservations in any future purchases, reservations does not imply never. He made good and I do appreciate his assistance. From going to one star I will be just as fair as Jay was and go 4 stars. The product did arrive and it so far appears decent. I am definitely not a fan of buying anything from China but at times very very few of those times I will. I will pay more if it is for a product made here in the US and contribute to Americans having a job and feeding their families. My opinion, sorry not sorry

Excellent product. Highly recommend for organization and long rifles. Not so much for AR style rifles. The modern day version of a gun rack in the back windshield!

**UPDATE from review left on December 7, 2024** So I received an email from Jay on December 8 who offered to refund half the money for the missing case and send me a replacement. I accepted this offer only if he could guarantee I would receive the replacement case before Christmas. (Keep in mind, the original order was placed on November 22, 2024.) He replied he could guarantee it would arrive before Christmas and refunded me half the price I paid for the missing case. It is now Christmas Day and the replacement case never arrived. I never received tracking info either for it. I just want the remainder of the money I paid for the missing case back since I had a feeling this would happen with the run around I received from their “customer service” when I first reported the issue. I will not be buying from this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
