Ordered the submariner partly based on the color name and the photos. In person the dial runs noticeably darker than either suggested. Still a solid looking watch and I kept it, just be aware the colors can read differently under real lighting versus product photos

Nautilus case and dial quality were…

Nautilus case and dial quality were both above what I expected at this price. The end links where the bracelet meets the case have a small amount of lateral movement when pushed side to side. Doesnt affect daily wear but noticeable if you look for it. Everything else on the watch is well executed.

I've been wearing the Royal Oak for a…

I've been wearing the Royal Oak for a couple of months now, and it still feels as fresh as the day I got it. The finishing on the bezel screws and case edges hasn't lost its sharpness at all. Seeing the dial up close is a different experience - it's far more detailed and refined than pictures suggest. The movement has been running steadily and accurately, with no noticeable changes or wear to speak of.

I received my watch on April 3rd

I received my watch on April 3rd. It won't keep time. It speeds up 10minutes every 45mins. advertised 7x24 support is not true. It's going on 5 days of sending emails to support and I've received 1 email saying they will email me a return email, yet still no email. Buyer beware.

GMT Master Mod broke after 2 weeks

Purchased one of their GMT mods. The box that arrived was nice and the watch itself looks great. However, the watch band buckle broke after only 2 weeks of wearing. When contacting the support they told me I had to either purchase a new band or I can send it in and they would replace the band but would charge me for it and I would have to cover the shipping.
I recommend you search elsewhere if you actually intend on using the watch.

Good customer service, accurate timepiece.

I had a quick question regarding the warranty, so I contacted their support. They replied quickly and gave me a clear answer. The watch itself is exactly as described. The handcrafted details are nice, and the timekeeping is accurate. No complaints here.

Worst shopping experience

Worst shopping experience. Their “customer service” is almost non-existent. The watch itself is nice, but you're paying for what you get. However, you'd better hope you don't get a defective piece, because they'll make every excuse possible to make it seem like you caused the issue. The watch was delivered to my house on 01/20. I wore it for the first time to the office on 01/22. After washing my hands, I noticed the watch had stopped working and that there was condensation on the glass. I have two more GMT watches, a Hamilton and an actual Seiko, so I know how to secure the crown properly.
The watch is advertised as 5ATM water-resistant, so washing my hands should not have affected it. I tried to reach out to them right away, but I didn't get an answer for 3 more days. Then I reached out to them through the shop app. Someone responded, requesting information, pictures, and a description of the issue, which I provided, and then they went silent again. So I reached out to them on Instagram, and again, they were engaging, but they gave me multiple excuses for why they couldn't issue a refund or fix the watch. The first was that I was out of the warranty because I took too long to report, which I proved by showing that I had reached out to them immediately, but they didn't respond. I only had the watch for 3 days. Then they said it was human error, and they couldn't do anything for me. I responded that the watch is advertised as 5ATM water-resistant, and the previous person had already agreed to make things right. So they asked me to “meet halfway” and ship the watch back to them, and, for a “small fee,” they would repair it. I did. The watch was shipped via FedEx and delivered to them on 02/05. It is now 02/11, and again, they have not responded to any of my emails. I bought my watch from this vendor because they advertise US manufacturing, so I wanted to support a local business.
Additionally, I dislike ordering things overseas because I want to avoid issues like this, but here I am now with no watch and $300 less in my account. After this issue, I did some digging, and the company does have mixed reviews. Someone in the UK had a similar issue, so if you do buy a watch, you'd better hope it doesn't have issues; they will give you the runaround and won't help you.
