Ordering was easy, packaging need
Ordering was easy, but the packaging was not the best. The product arrived with the fudge dismantled and I had to reorganise the pieces myself in the correct pockets. After speaking with the customer team, they were very apologetic and confirmed that their packaging was being improved. They also sent some more fudge slabs free of charge to compensate. Great customer service and follow up on the issues.

What can I say? Sublime, we had the salted caramel, lemon meringue and death by chocolate, it tasted so smooth and flavourful.Was a delight to cut you could see how creamy it was.
Delivery was super fast too which was great 😊

Oh my goodness, this fudge! Amazing! I was kept informed through the delivery, tracking provided and emails confirming this. I couldn't wait to try an adventurous slab of fudge, and it didn't disappoint. Super tasty, and fast delivery.

Great service and fast delivery but I have had much better vegan fudge! I ordered The Classic and Salted Caramel. The Salted Caramel was ok but definitely no lumps of salt as mentioned in a 5star review. The Classic tasted almost the same but more like coconut ice. Very sugary with almost a granulated sugar texture and left with lumps of coconut in my mouth - not smooth. Usually I'm not great at making things like this last too long. The Classic is still here - and I'm sorry to say I think will end up in the bin. Have offered to others including real coconut lovers and they are also not keen. Maybe the non vegan fudge is better but as I am diary intolerant I will never know.

Hi Kirsty, very sorry on this occasion you weren't enthralled with the fudge you ordered. We did remove salt flakes from the top of the Salted Caramel some time ago after finding that they were "melting" into the fudge over time and going slightly sticky (the recipe does of course still contain salt). We always welcome feedback and will take your comments on board when it comes to recipe development over the coming months. Best wishes, Rachel.

Amazing Product
Amazing choice of flavours on offer so there's something for everyone. Products were well packaged and arrived quickly. I've only tried 2 flavours so far; biscoff and maple walnut both if which were full of flavour. The texture was also fantastic; soft and melts in the mouth
