Dissapointing but amazing save by customer service. Highly recommended.
I ordered some items from this online shop. I had problems with the payment with my card. My high rating is thanks to their customer service who contacted me immediately after my order and with a few messages back and forth they sent me a link to pay my order. I did and the merchandise arrived very fast in two days to sweden. I payed for fast delivery. I do hope they fix their payment issues on their webpage to make it a swift experience. Positives: Responsive and fast customer service, the items I ordered were of satisfaction, fast delivery (paid extra for this) Negatives: Problems making payment in connection with order.

They sell lots of goodies that are hard to get anywhere else.
The look and feel of the online store is clear, logical and easy to use. The filters provided makes it simple to narrow down your search of a new toys. The filters are plentiful; narrowing down to material and even experience level is a nice touch! Descriptions of the products are detailed and provide useful information. The separate "parameters" table for quick look makes it easy to get information about the product.
Ordering is easy and it plainly works.
Processing and shipping of the order has been accurate and fast every time. Never had a problem with tracking the order with the provided tracking numbers. Packaging has been excellent and everything has arrived intact.
I wish they would sell gift-cards.
