I am SO disappointed
I am SO disappointed. I ordered £100 worth of pictures and I received them today and wow. They are awful. Not the colours shown on their website and I know there be a tiny bit of discrepancies with colour but I ordered from the neutral collection…. Beige and gold to be exact. I got grey . All different tones of grey. One of the gold ones is actually green in the picture I got . One picture out of 5 of them was the exact on the website and that’s black. Absolutely awful and want my money back . Do not order from here . I HAD DONE A PREVIOUS REVIEW TO SAY QUICK SHIPPING BUT YET TO HAVE ORDER SO CAN GET DISCOUNT FOR FUTURE BUT AFTER RECEIVING TODAY’s prints don’t think so!. Please read properly slay my print. Even your colleague was shocked at my order!! Please don’t try to stick up for your company when I have photos to prove just so you can get good reviews on trust pilot.

Thanks for taking the time to leaving us this feedback, however we are slightly confused as you had previously left us a 4 star review and have now amended it to a 1 star. We are also confused as this is your second order from us and your first order which comprised of 5 prints was produced using the same media and the same printers so we don't understand how you now find your items to be "awful" and advise people not to order from us?
You are absolutely correct that there are often differences in presentation to screen, which we state on all of our products and this is true for all online retailers. You can't quantify this as "a tiny bit" as there is a number of contributing factors depending on your device, screen brightness, size, resolution and also the light and colours in your environment.
None of our beige prints are grey, neither are our gold prints green, however you are of course entitled to your own opinion and the opportunity to return them if they are not suitable for your home. We have already provided you with information for our returns portal, however should you need anymore assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I ordered from here a big print and the print quality is awful. It looks so blurry. May be better to order smaller prints from here as it’s not good quality when blown up larger

As you haven’t provided any details about your order, the print you are referring to or contacted our team about any issues with your order we can’t respond fully. However, we will say that artwork is never “blown up”. Art files are always created at the maximum possible resolution and then scaled down to the requested print size. Also, many prints like photography designs and illustrations are created with specific bokeh effect which is part of the design. You are of course entitled to your own personal opinion and you can return your unwanted print if it is not suitable for your home.
