I received my print super fast and well packaged. The print is absolutely beautiful, colour perfect as described also paper used very good quality. I think this is the start of a new collection for me from this company. Will certainly be recommending Slay My Print. My print is framed and hanging on wall to be admired.. I’m thrilled with it!

Excitement soon turned to deep disappointment when I received the prints. They had a BOGOF offer on, one print was nice. Paper is of quality however the sunset print I ordered looks like a photocopied enlargement with a bit of colour. Absolutely awful! It's completely different to the picture shown on the website and the company appear to arrogant to assist. They didn't even ask to view the print received and instead said return at your own cost. Shocking customer service when they say they aim for customer satisfaction!

Had a small problem with prints sent photos and items replaced no problems emails were answered immediately great customer service thankyou

Ordered prints that arrived within a week, arrived slightly damaged so I contacted via email and new prints were posted to me the following working day which arrived 2 days later. Absolutely beautiful prints and cannot fault the customer service at all! Would recommend to anyone

Not the best customer service but got there in the end.

Somehow during transit our prints got damaged. Emailed customer services and the next day we got our replacement prints.

I recently purchased (another) print and frame. Order process was easy, delivery was quick but when I opened package the ‘glass’ was damaged. However customer service was awesome!
