When I originally ordered I ordered wrong mattress size to the bed and the gentleman called me with in seconds to make me aware so I could rectify. The gentleman that delivered my bed was so lovely and and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. Fast delivery and exceptional service.

DO NOT! Order from this company absolute scam! Paid £350 for a bed and it said it was getting delivered today all that got delivered was a thank you for your order slip no bed came!. Terrible terrible service

Communication was excellent, delivery as scheduled and quick delivery. Great customer service. Good quality bed and one happy daughter. We baught the wing back bed in blush pink. Had a small issue as i originally couldnt fit headboard up my stairs, i was offered an exchange but wasnt needed as my father managed to get it upstairs for me but they was willing to help when i did have an issue.
