Very well regarding the pillow and its covers, but I have been since I bought it, more than a month ago trying to get a cooling omnia case brought to me and they do not bring it to me, between bringing me of another type and the hundreds of messages they write me for changes, I am still without the case I ordered with the first order. I’ve been using the Sleep and Glow Omnia Pillow for a few months now and I have to say that I definitely see that my wrinkles have improved. My skin isn’t as irritated in the morning anymore and I appreciate the customer service! They are responsive!! Takes a few nights to a week for getting used to but it is worth it. 5 stars

High quality product
I´m still getting used to the pillow, but I reallyliked its design-it contours around the face in a way that helps prevent skin creasing, avoiding wrinkles and especially keeping the skincare products applied before bed from being rubbed off.
I also really appreciated the option of having an insert to adjust the pillow's height. I definetely recommend it!

Die Lieferung kam schnell. Ich war unsicher, ob es mir das Kissen gefallen hätte aber tatsächlich bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Schlafposition ist sehr angenehm für mein Rücken. Nach einigen Wochen sehe ich eine Unterschied mit meinen Schlaffalten.

I’ve been using the Omnia pillow for a month now
I’ve been using the Omnia pillow for a few weeks now and overall I’m impressed. The design is quite unique and definitely helps reduce the “face squishing” you get with regular pillows, which makes a difference in the morning. It’s very comfortable once you get used to it, though the first few nights felt a bit unusual.
The quality feels premium and the memory foam adapts nicely to your head and neck. I also noticed slightly less puffiness when I wake up, which is a nice bonus.
That said, it is quite expensive, so it may not be for everyone. But if you’re looking for a more ergonomic pillow that supports both sleep comfort and skincare, it’s worth considering.

This pillow hurt my neck I emailed the company to get a refund was well within the timeline that the refund would be accepted and I never heard back. Now I'm stuck with this pillow and I cannot use it I am very disappointed never ever did I ever hear back from this company. I cannot recommend this company nor will I ever purchase from this company again.

Expensive but worth it
I’ve been using the pillow now for a few months, and whilst it took a night or two to get used to it (as they tell you it will) I now wouldn’t be without it. It’s so comfy for both back and side sleeping, provides the perfect level of support, and I don’t wake up with pillow creases any more. Well worth the cost.

My pillow is exactly as described, and I’m very pleased with the quality and design. I’m happy to say I’ve already seen a decrease in my wrinkles as a result of using my sleep pillow. A worthy investment.

I was both nervous and excited to buy the Omnia pillow
I was both nervous and excited to buy the Sleep and Glow Omnia Pillow. It was hard to know what it’d be like as I’d never used a pillow like that before and was wondering if it’d be comfortable for me. It took me 2-3 days to get used to the pillow and oh, I’m so happy I bought it! I used to suffer with morning headaches, but since changing to the Omnia pillow, it’s no longer a problem. I love the areas for sleeping on the back and the side. It’s just the right softness and height for me (I didn’t use the extra layer) - I was really worried about that as I had lots of pillows before and they were causing neck and back pain. So, I was really glad that it ended up being extremely comfortable. I’m sleeping so well now, thank you very much for this pillow. As I said, I haven’t tried any other pillows of that sort and have nothing to compare Omnia to. But so far, it’s been a life changer for me and worth the money . The costumer service experience was also great – they were really helpful and nice.

A Game-Changer for Sleep Quality, Skin, and Hair – Highly Recommended for Side Sleepers!
I got used to the pillow immediately and have been sleeping only with it since the first night. I take it with me everywhere I go. I simply can’t do without it anymore. My sleep quality has improved significantly—I sleep through the night without waking up. I no longer have any neck pain, even though I haven’t changed anything else in my daily routine, despite working even more hours.
I have also noticed a clear improvement in my skin. My wrinkles are less pronounced and in the morning my face is no longer swollen. My skin looks radiant and I feel and look well-rested.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this pillow to all side sleepers or anyone who suffers from neck or lower neck pain. I even convinced my husband to try it, although he was very skeptical at first.
For me, it’s clearly five out of five points. I haven’t even mentioned the effect on my hair yet—my hair stays fresh much longer, it no longer gets static and it is noticeably shinier and smoother. I also have the silk pillowcase, which I can highly recommend as well.

As for your husband — if you have our Omnia Pillow, it comes with an additional foam insert to adjust the height. He might find it more comfortable with the insert added.
It's also worth noting that the Pillow adapts to your body weight and temperature, so it may feel different for him than it does for you. A little patience and a small adjustment could make all the difference!

Tried both the Sleep & Glow Omnia and…
Tried both the Sleep & Glow Omnia and Aula pillows and loved them for different reasons. The Omnia is amazing for side sleepers and definitely helps reduce sleep lines and facial compression. The Aula feels more supportive for the neck and is great if you switch between back and side sleeping. Both are beautifully made and took a little getting used to, but overall I’ve been really impressed.

ho acquistato il cuscino Omnia con grandi aspettative. devo dire che il cuscino non è male, le prime volte è difficile dormirci perchè non si è abituati però devo dire che con il tempo mi sono trovata bene e ho notato dei miglioramenti al viso la mattina (anche grazie alle due federe che sto utilizzando in seta). grazie!

Does the job but has problems
I've used similar products (maybe even from this provider?) before, and I find the cushion bra so helpful since I'm a side sleeper. This does exactly what you expect. I think the foam ball filling may be more durable than other cushions, which do flatten over time. I am disappointed in two ways, however. First, the silk-cotton fabric is just not as nice as other silk cushion bras; it's even a bit scratchy and rough. I would expect a higher silk content given the price. Second, more annoyingly, the strap connection in the back is just a loop, no snap or fixed closure. As a result, it comes unlooped and loose ALL THE TIME. Given the price, design problems like this really make it hard to recommend the Sleep and Grow cushion bra.

I have been searching for a long time for a pillow that is soft yet supportive, and the Omnia by Sleep&Go delivers exactly that. It cradles my face perfectly without any pressure.

Das Omnia Kissen ist nichts für mich. Ok, das kann passieren. Eine Retoure bei Sleep and Glow? Nein danke!
Erst dauerte es mehrere Mails, bis ich mein Kissen zurück senden durfte.
Dann habe ich teure Portokosten bezahlt, damit das Kissen einige Wochen später wieder bei mir landete und ich ebenfalls die Retour-Kosten bezahlen musste.
Auf Reklamation habe ich die Retour-Kosten erstattet bekommen. Versandkosten könnten sie mir nicht erstatten, dies gehe zu meinen Lasten. Lächerlich!
Zudem habe ich die Schlafmaske aus Seide bestellt: alls sie nicht auf dem Rücken schlafen, lassen sie es sein. Das Metall zum Grösse verstellen sticht unangenehm ins Gesicht.
Ich kann S&G nicht empfehlen.
