Bad customer service. Bad battery life. Says support Aussie company that ships from Sydney yet it comes directly from China. They only respond overnight which makes me think they aren't located in Australia. You are better off buying Dormi branded when they come back into stock.

There is no 30 day money back guarantee. I have been trying to send this back as it’s itchy, makes me sweaty… after 5 mins it’s uncomfortable and you want to take it off. It also has a weird smell to it.

They refuse to accept the return. They keep dodging my request. Trying to intimate me with ACCC rules even though it states on their website they have a 30 day guarantee.

Buyer beware this is not an honourable company. Their return policy is misleading, untrue. Be warned.

Oh and the box also came damaged… they even have a part on their website about this is not their fault if it happens. I guess they have so much of this they had to mention it. They don’t ship it on any protective hardware box. Just the thinnest piece of cardboard and a tiny padded satchel which does nothing to any little weight on top. Shopping also takes several weeks to arrive.

Took ages to arrive and not impressed it comes from China not Australia as that's where it was sent from so false advertising is not cool, it's not breathable and very hot on ears and forehead and i have a shaved head this makes it uncomfortable also speakers don't go loud at all also u have to remove it out of the band to charge it wich is anoying meh save ya money and invest I'm a good quality product thats not made in China👎

I struggle to sleep, stay asleep and go back to sleep,Sleepband was my saviour,it is slowly dying after 18mths of continuous use and I'm finding it really hard to replace it. I did buy another brand and the charging station is sown into the band in a really uncomfortable place. Why can't I buySleepband brand anymore??

I have been waiting for my SleepBandz since 11 th May . I have sent 10 messages on various media platforms asking them where my headphones are. No answer at all .
I would advise to not to buy from this company

sleepband is dropshipping sleeping headphones from aliexpress for 9$ and sells them for 50$ instead while only changing the logo

Good product BUT customer service sucks and they don't keep their word. Their website sates lifetime warranty for any defects. My sleepband pro was damaged when I emailed them about getting a new one they said they wouldn't. I tried calling them on the two different phone numbers on their website and they both went to vm.

It's an amazing device plus it.blicks the light. It's ideal for me. And the sound is exc. Thank you thank you thank you!

Very comfortable. Wish the speakers could be moved slightly, they are just a bit too far apart for my ears. Tried to move them but they move back.

Needed help obtaining the user manual - Customer Service was great.

Changed from 4 stars to 3. I experienced same problem I read about in another review - trying to adjust volume and the darn thing initiated a phone call at 3 a.m.!!! Totally unacceptable. Tiny little buttons, trying to distinguish between a short push, a long push, a double push —. NONE OF THAT SHOULD INITIATE A PHONE CALL.

Manufacturer needs to include a way to disable the phone feature.

I haven't been able to reach anyone to initiate a return. Emailed them at support[at]sleepband.com twice last month (within the 30 day window) and still have not received any response. Called their phone number today and it went to voicemail. It shouldn't be this hard to return a product.

We had a rocky start, but Ashley W. at Sleepband.com responded promptly and consistently to resolve my problem ( a lost package). I placed my order in February and by the end of March had not received my Sleep Band. Ashley quickly responded, got the tracking number, and together we ascertained that the package never made it to the USPS. She promptly resubmitted my order, issued a refund for my troubles, and sent us an extra mask. My hubby and I have both been using them and are very happy. I like to listen to ambient sounds or night stories to help myself go to sleep, but regular ear pods hurt when I am on my side. There are no wires and you can maneuver the flat little speakers around the soft band to your preference. The band charges easily and quickly. I do recommend them, and appreciate Ashley’s diligence and great customer service.

I purchased the SleepBand for my wife to help her have a restful uninterrupted sleep at night. She tried for several nights and said it did not help her at all. Thank you for letting us return the product for a full refund.

I bought 3 of these sleepbands for me . my husband and son. I was the only one to try it because it was too tight for the men. Mine was loose but wanted to try it. We went to Europe the day after I got them. The sound was poor, headband didn't stay in place. I sent an email as soon as I got home. Never heard from anyone. I finally found a phone number to call and only an answerering machine. I'm very disappointed but will keep trying to get a respnse.

The sleepband has a few issues but overall it does the job and the customer service it’s top notch.

The product itself is of the highest quality.
there were two things that weren't quite right for me. It was too small for me. An extension would have been a great idea. Number two, it wasn't quite loud enough for me and The tone was only OK..
Also, if I got it loud enough for me and others can hear it, it the not such a good idea to try sleeping with others nearby.
The customer service is excellent and a refund was issued right away.

Had a few bumps with shipment. But Sleepband made it right and then some. Went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. I would order from them again. Great customer support especially Ashley.

As a 3rd shift worker, getting good quality sleep is difficult, especially when my neighbors are performing yard work during the day or there's a construction project going on in my neighborhood. With the SleepBand, I just put on the soothing sounds of the ocean, the rain, or a gentle waterfall and drift off to sleep while tuning out all the noise that keeps me up during the day.

Has been a week and no shipment date in sight. After reading these trustpilot reviews and seeing that their customer service phone number has a full mailbox. I will just ask my card to help me get reimbursed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wanted to leave a review. I found sleepband during 2019, I ordered it (I’m in Australia). It did take a long time to get here but boy was it worth the wait. I team it with the calm app and use it to go to sleep. I confess I’m addicted. Unfortunately after 2 years my band stopped working. I emailed the support team. They got back to me within a week. I had by then ordered another one cause I love it soo much. They sent me another email saying we see you’ve ordered another one. They then gave me a discount which came through to my bank within a week. They didn’t have to do this. I’m happy, just waiting for the next one to turn up.
