Excellent service and great quality items

Good service. Throw is of a good quality with soft fleece backing. For me the blush pink colour was too much like beige, but I realise others would find it an ideal colour.

Ordered a duvet which came in double quick time However it was ripped.I emailed for a replacement and was told I can have a refund or 10% discount on the damaged item.If I still wanted the item I’d have to order it again.Not a great policy since I now need to source a printer for the return label then arrange collection.I won’t re-order

Still waiting refund! Return procedure was easy enough to sort out on line. Item was collected the following day by courier, that was nearly 5 weeks ago & still no refund!!! Have contacted them on numerous occasions &, like many have commented on here previously, get generic emails back! Shocking customer service! Do not recommend at all!!!

Purchased a Super Soft Crinkle White - Luxury Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set - in King size a few weeks ago.

The product arrived in good time, all good. However, the product itself is awful! I really wouldn't recommend. The pillowcases are way too big, (we have normal sized pillowcases and have never had this problem previously) the quilt cover seemed to move with you (and not the quilt) so when moving in bed, you got all caught up in it, seemed like a constant wrestling match!

I ordered a duvet set from Slleepdown and the customer experience was great and so is the product. I would definitely use again.

Sleepdown contacted me promptly to address my issues as highlighted in my previous review and they have been resolved to my satisfaction. I will certainly go back and give them another try. They have redeemed themselves so just wanted to share this with other customers.

Received really quickly and quality feels good but have not opened and put on bed as yet

Upon first glance the duvet set is lovely but after one wash and three days use they are starting to get little lint bobbles all over. Seems like poor quality if you ask me.

Received earlier than expected, cute design and reasonably priced.
