The quality is lovely and I would definitely order again. Though receiving a order number from the site there was no confirming email which bothered me a bit. Yodel delivery efficient.

Simple website to navigate, managed to find a discount code easily too (and cheaper than on Amazon!)
Item arrived when it said it would, fairly quickly and the product is even better than I expected! Absolutely gorgeous, and top quality.
Thanks to all involved and I won’t hesitate to order again.

Sleepdown do not deserve even one star. Terrible company to deal with. The only communication with the company is to place and pay for an order. No order acknowledgement, no way of contacting them and no way of returning shoddy goods. BUYER BEWARE. Only deal with reputable companies. I have never ever experienced anything like this. Companies such as Sleepdown give internet shopping a bad name.

The bedding I bought was absolutely beautiful and I’ve had compliments on it. It completes my daughters new bedroom. The website was easy to use, the price was reasonable and delivery was as expected. Overall very happy and I would recommend.

I ordered the metallic marble bedding in grey in Kingsize. I was a bit dubious as I thought it was really cheap at £26. Loved it so much I ordered another in pink. It looks just like the picture. It washes well, hardly needs an iron and is good quality and lovely to sleep in. A good service from Sleepdown and arrived before expected date. I will definitely use them again as they seem to have something a bit different from the usual run of the mill covers.

Unfortunately Sleepdown were let down by using YODEL to deliver. YODEL delivered my parcel by 'throwing' the package over my back gate into my garden. The YODEL driver even put a card through stating it was 'Over back Gate'!
Knowing that I may be out at time of delivery I put a note on my front door advising of delivery options should I not be at home.

The fitted sheet for 25cm mattress is so small that cannot properly cover the sides of the mattress and you need to stretch lots to cover head and feet areas.
The pillowcases are also very tiny, pillow is compressed inside, despite being sold as same measurement.
Both products are warm and keep you toasty at night, though.

I could not get a teal super king deep fitted sheet to complete the set
