WRONG SIZE SORRY MY FAULT I ordered the mattress through WOWCHER…

I ordered the mattress through WOWCHER The mattress arrived rolled up unfortunately I didn’t realise I’d ordered the wrong size which was a super king and my bed is an actual euro king size. I contacted the company SLEEP FACTORY immediately and explained the situation to them. They told me I had to. return the mattress of my own accord. The price I was quoted to return the mattress was £150 and upwards I paid £180 for the mattress plus £20 delivery through WOWCHER I contacted WOWCHER they said I’d have to resolve it with this company and since that time, which is the beginning of December it has been going back-and-4th WOWCHER refused to give me any support with this and this company SLEEP FACTORY have refused to give me any reasoning with this issue. SLEEP FACTORY have given different reasons not to have this mattress returned they have said it needed to be rolled up. I don’t know how that can be done if it was compressed when it came, also it needed to be returned in a certain amount of time. I’m at my wits end. I’m now left with a 6 foot mattress which I can’t use and £200 out of pocket. I don’t know where else I can take this issue. I’m so disappointed in WOWCHER customer service and also this company SLEEP FACTORY I made a mistake. I admitted that and I was quite willing to pay something to send the mattress back but not the price of the mattress. It doesn’t make sense. I asked WOWCHER if I could not use the same delivery company that delivered the mattress and which I’ve paid the £20 to have it delivered. I was quite willing to pay a bit extra But SLEEP FACTORY responded by saying they use their own delivery drivers, what is that?

Hate customer services that don't

Hate customer services that don't, won't answer the phone. All I want is a closer delivery time as 8am-7pm is ludicrous when you don't live in or on the premises. Emails don't get answered, delivery days get changed, be interesting to see if the 3rd update on delivery is actually made.

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company, do not buy from them. Never deliver when promised. My son who is suffering from cancer was promised a delivery but , on the morning of proposed delivery day, he received a phone call saying they did not have a driver and it would be 5 days before they could deliver.He had disposed of his own bed ready for the new one, so he was left to sleep on the floor. When the company were contacted all they said was sorry they cannot do anything about it.We all know an agency driver could have been employed immediately, but they were not prepared to do it.Personally I think it was all lies and they never had any intention of delivering on promised day. Never use this company

Every time you try to call them the…

Every time you try to call them the phone is always engaged when they said the bed was getting delivered they go to the wrong house thay contact you by phone you phone them back with lies saying thay will be back in half hour to then be having your calls declined the company say thay go the extra mile to help witch is false the site is just false advertising I wouldn't recommend using these to anyone

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve encountered, compounded by condescending and unhelpful staff.
I was initially informed that I would receive a 3-hour delivery window, only to be given a mere 20-minute window instead. Unfortunately, I was at a doctor’s appointment during that time, and despite being only five minutes late, the delivery driver could not wait. As a result, my bed could not be delivered today.
To make matters worse, I’ve now been told that I’ll have to wait for someone to contact me within the next one or two days to reschedule the delivery. This level of disorganisation and lack of flexibility is simply unacceptable.

From Wowcher to these cowboys ! Dreadful service , wet mattress , bolts and feet missing off the bed along with other issues , still
Haven’t received parts of the bed after weeks avoid at all costs

I don’t know why this company is still functioning, please can this company be closed as they are just liars, I have noticed from other customers they have same stories to give everyone, was expecting bed on the 17th, they called me that day to cancel saying can is bad,that it would be delivered on Sunday on Sunday them sent a message saying driver is sick, what is wrong with this people, they need to be closed down please, this is wickedness I tell you.this is really unfair and unprofessional, deceiving people.

I bought a new bedroom set I received…

I bought a new bedroom set I received the base and headboard on Saturday 5th of October the mattress was missing they said I would receive it Sunday this didn't happen. I am still waiting they said it was with the delivery company they said they haven't received it! Now I have to wait until Monday because they can't do anything on a Friday, I have a bed frame no bed! Absolutely poor customer service never experienced anything like this, wish I had read the reviews.

I ordered a single bed (via Wowcher)…

I ordered a single bed (via Wowcher) which was delivered 10 days late and could not be manuvoured into the room it was mean't for, it was the same size as the bed which came out but a different format.
The deliver person says they can't come into the house so my sons tried to get the bed into the room and failed.
The base of the bed is pictured in two half which join together to form the base, they say in the listing it says the smaller beds come in one piece which I still cannot find.
I sent two emails regarding this which they say they didn't receive.
I rang the number on the website and was asked quiet quickly, there representative was quite dismissive though, just kept saying that they had delivered what was ordered, which was factually true.
Sleep Factory say they use the same picture for all sizes, which I found mis-leading.
They said I should return the bed to them for a full refund and suggested a delivery comparison site.
Which after getting the correct weights of the items (Base, Mattress & Head board), tried to get a quote but the site said it could not quote for a parcel of that size?
I used another site which to get a quote to return the goods, which had to be done individually. the quote came to £454.07 all together, more than twice what I paid for the bed!
I rang Sleep Factory and told them of the quote I received and asking them if they could help or do anything thing to help with the situation but all they would say was that they had delivered what I ordered.
I'm now left with a bed which I have paid for but cannot use and the company has nothing to offer me!

Awful experience stay well away worst…

Awful experience stay well away worst company i have ever come across ordered a bed from wowcher the merchant was this joke of a company. Currently chasing for a refund but the woman on the phone was just like yea il do a form later no professionalism at all avoiding refunding me basically just scam artists. Wish id have read reviews before parting with 400 quid to this sham company have a feeling will have to end up filing a county claim court against this company and notifying trading standards

Ordered a double bed for my son using wowcher....no problems at all... delivered within time scale and I received a text message the night before with a threw hour tome slot as promised and the delivery drove contacted me half hour before he delivered to assure me he was close by...the bed is as described and for the price it is perfect ...

Brought a bed though wowcher waited ages heard nothing ring 3 times for a rude woman to say they haven't recieved the order went to wowcher who assured me they have it anyways asked for a refund because its ridiculous they can't just provide the goods that I paid for Like other reviews don't bother ordering from these I even suggested to wowcher to check these reviews out and take sleep factory off thier site if I don't get my refund in the next few days I'll just start a county court claim

Lackin in communication

After i ordered i came on hear to look at the reviews as their wasnt much communication. And not going to lie i freaked out.... but in all fairness delivery arrived and product was brilliant... bare in mind tho if ur not in the will charge u another 40pound to re-deliver ... so 4 star because of lack of communication

Bad experience

Ordered via Amazon as delivery was in three days. By day five there was no movement despite multiple calls to Amazon. Suddenly it arrived. Called amazon and they knew nothing but and dealing with a whole host of complaints.
When we unpacked it the finish was poor and staples poorly attached to headboard. Supports for headboard were flimsy and had cracked on a knothole. Customer services number on their website doesn't work. What a shambles.

Bought a mattress off this company it stated it was 10” when it came and I unwrapped it I let it sit to expand over 48 hours like advised and it stayed at 7” emailed the company stating it’s false advertisement and their response was it’s a fault in the batch which to my knowledge if you know that there is a fault in the batch and you’re still advertising it at 10” then it is false advertising correct? They’ve offered £20 refund of a mattress what cost me £126 in total I think it’s absolutely ridiculous do not buy from this company as it’s like talking to a brick wall!

** DO NOT BUY **

Disappointing experience. Should not have gone for it. Ordered from Amazon, and the delivery was rescheduled multiple times without any indication. Eventually, they even canceled our order without informing us. No order was created, and they didn't have the stock to deliver. Wasted time and money; could have chosen a different company.
