Last Pillow You Will Ever Need To Buy!

Love these pillows so much that I have bought them for other members of the family. They love them, too! I have bought one set of bamboo sheets for my son and he says that they are wonderful.
The pillows and inserts are completely washable so these pillows will last a very long time.

I ordered one king sheet set

I ordered one king sheet set. Told the pillows were free with this offer. Instead of a king I got a queen set I DID NOT ORDER that had a protection policy added to it but didn't receive the king set. I was charged over $400 and when I contacted customer service all they said was I ordered both sets and never even addressed the fact I didn't even receive a king set so how do I get a full refund if I can't return a set I never got? Don't want to offend anyone but who in the world takes a protection or warranty policy on a set of sheets for an extra $19 and why would a person protect the less expensive set and not the more expensive? Someone dropped the ball and now I'm disputing the king set and asking for a return method and refund on the queen. BTW, I DON'T HAVE A QUEEN BED! It's just my husband and me in a big old CRAFTMATIC king bed. Went to Sleepgram site again and it said I don't have any orders.

Getting a little concerned I made 2…

Getting a little concerned I made 2 orders with this company on the same day on 8/15/24 to the same address. 1st order was under was a few hundred bucks, and it arrived via fed x in few days. 2nd order was over $1000.00, couple set of sheets, I was told nothing was on back order, and here it will the the 26th tomorrow 11days latter, and I have heard nothing. No fed x tracking #, nothing, I emailed them 3 days ago on Thursday, got an automated response say they got the email and they are checking into it. No customer service repley email as of yet telling me what is going on, or if they have solution for this problem. I heard great things about this company, however now I’m getting a little concerned.

The Best Pillow Ever!

This company makes the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had and they have the best customer service! I absolutely LOVE my pillows!!

No delivery tracking sent

Very odd that you can't send out a notification that it was shipped with a tracking number.
I have to reach out to you for that info... Bad Business!

I can't get over how amazing my bamboo…

I can't get over how amazing my bamboo sheet sets are in terms of both price and quality. My husband is absolutely thrilled with them, and I've already recommended them to friends and family. I plan to purchase more and continue enjoying the exceptional quality I've come to expect.

A company that does no care after the sell

I have written this company a email to there email address after placing an order to let them know of my tax exempt status and submit proof, Without an answer. So I tried to call there customer service number fourteen times and get a busy signal each time. These calls have been made morning to evening. Browse there website and leave and see how quick you get a email. Avoid the headache and spend your money with some other company

Well made, great quality.

I am extremely happy with my new pillows. They are very comfortable. I followed the instructions to fluff the parts in the dryer, let sit for 24 hours and then got everything back in the covers.
They are well made, and very good quality. So far so good.

Best Pillows.

Don't really need an experience....the pillows speak for themselves......if they could speak.....ok....now I'm down a rabbit hole.....cutting to the chase, great pillows....fast delivery.....I send them once a year to my daughters in Hollywood.....

Rude customer service rep, missing part of order

I didn’t receive my entire order. I called in to ask about it and before I got a few words out the rep cut me off and said you will receive your entire order. My order still shows something was fulfilled on 07/05/2024 and I still have no idea where it was left. Rep was very rude and couldn’t understand clearly. I wished they had customer service representatives that spoke clear English.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my order as it was never sent...

I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. I placed the order, 10 days before our arrival, and paid for express shipping in order to get the pillows to my home by the time we arrived back there, (we were only there for a week and had our current Sleepgram pillows in our camper in another state). Not only did they not arrive but they still had not shippped! I had to contact you 3 times and get a manager in order to cancel the order as we were flying back out of state for the summer, and would no longer be at our residence to receive the pillows (assuming they were ever sent!) No on could explain why they hadn't been shipped and I find it VERY disappointing that I had to go through so many hoops in order to cancel an order you never even tried to send. I love my current Sleepgram pillows and want a new set for home, so my old set is in the camper, but now I do not know if I should try and reorder in September. Currently, I am a very unhappy current customer.

Not worth the money….

I am extremely disappointed by the company’s refusal to replace my sheet. I had to follow up because I never heard back from them to find out that my request falls outside of a 100 day warranty. The fraying edges was after 2 wash cycles. The cost of the sheet certainly warrants a longer warranty. I am extremely disappointed that
1. The price does not match the quality and warranty
2. I had to call and follow up regarding a replacement rather than hear back from the company
3. I chose Sleepgram over other companies.
Not worth the money.

This company is a JOKE

This company is a JOKE. The website says your order ships in 2/3 days. Mine has been 9 days and still no confirmation. Getting in touch with customer service is pretty impossible. It took me three days to actually speak to someone. You are on hold for HOURS. After the call they still don't know when my order will be shipped AND they won't let you cancel it. They say "hopefully" it will ship sometime next week.. Are they for real??? I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company. If you really want the pillows I noticed that they are sold on Amazon much cheaper..The guy said shipping is a world wide issue.. That's hysterical. Amazon can deliver things within hours.

No regrets!

I have nothing but Sleepgram pillows in my house. You will love them. They are easy to fluff in the dryer and accomadate any personal preferences that one of your guests could have. I just ordered extras because you can't have too many! Best investment I have ever made and I get lots of compliments on the pillows.

Buyer Beware

I wish I had spent more time checking the reviews, especially the Better Business Bureau. There's a good reason why the BBB gives Sleepgram an F rating. If you run into any problems with your order, you will get no help from customer service. My guess is that "customer service" is a bot which is programmed to keep giving stock answers until you give up. I paid extra for expedited shipping and was pleased that the order shipped quickly. Once I realized that only a label was created and the order was never handed over to the USPS, I alerted customer service. I was repeatedly told it would take 3-5 days. Since I have an "Informed Delivery" account, I could see that it never left the warehouse, which was 2 hours away from where I live. After two weeks of this nonsense, I asked for a supervisor. That seemed to get past the bot and two days later, the order shipped. When I received it, one of 3 items was missing. Again I contacted customer service and was told to send a picture of the items I received and of the packing slip. Since there was no packing slip provided, I took pictures of the two boxes, shipping label and received items. I explained that the missing item would have been in a smaller box which would have been placed on top of the two larger boxes before being strapped together for shipment. Since the shipping label was on the medium sized box, it would have been covered up if the third box had been included in the shipment. There has been no response at all, other than the bot letting me know the email was received. I am pretty sure that I'll never see the pillowcases I ordered. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever run into. There are other companies on Amazon with similar products. I would recommend trying one of them.
