Terrible customer service

Bought a mattress from this company. Mattress fell apart less than 2 years later. Wanted me to pay to have it replaced with shipping charge. I refused to do that due to the unbelievable horrible customer service I received after weeks of trying to get an answer from someone. Will never buy from them again.

returning a mattress that was defective

Cat at the LaVale, MD Mattress Warehouse was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I had to return mine and get another one bc the mattress broke down. Cat was very professional and kept her word about making sure that I got the new mattress. Thank you very much for time and giving me a great experience at LaVale, MD mattress warehouse.

Efficient, Polite, Pesponsive

Christopher presented me with several choices that fit my needs and gave me time to try out each bed to find th most comfortable for me. I purchased the mattress on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning by two very polite and efficient young men. All together a very satisfactory transaction.

Mattress Purchase

From start to finish, this experience was mostly great. Sales reps in stores were friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the delivery. I got a 3 hour window. It came after the 3 hour window.

Good up until the delivery

I had a pretty good time visiting the Montgomery Mall location. I wasn't able to initially get the deal I wanted (and as of now I think it may have been because the associate put my personal information in incorrectly; he messed up many times in the brief visit we had), but I got somewhat of a decent deal. Then came the delivery. I was told initially they would try to do a delivery between 7:30 and 9:30. I only got a phone call at about 8 and I was told they would deliver at about 11am-2pm. They knew I wouldn't be there then since it's a weekend, and when they called they refused to drop the mattress off unless someone watched them do the whole thing. The concierge at my building could not leave his post, only give them the keys. So they were about to not deliver my mattress at all unless they could drop it off in the lobby. Well, unbelievably when I came home later that night, I saw a giant box in the lobby with my name on it. I had to get 2 friends to help me get it into an elevator and my apartment. I will be calling soon to get some money back since I was not specifically told that they would not drop it off if someone didn't watch the entire delivery.

Great prices

Salesman was great didn't try and push you in any direction. He was very knowledgeable about every mattress. Very quick delivery. Got everything the next day.

Great experience!

The salesperson in the store was friendly, helpful and straightforward and the delivery was seamless! We are also very pleased with the price we paid for the mattress and box springs we bought.

Poor customer service

Needed the delivery men to wait five minutes for us to get a key. They decided to take the mattress and set it out in a snow storm and then leave. Did not help move in apartment or wait. Very poor customer service experience. I don't know if I'd ever buy a mattress from them again or recommend them.

Delivery was on time, and product was received in good condition. They had four guys to help unload the truck. I would recommend this company.

Make sure you get it in writing!

We love, love, love our new mattress...and we believe we got a really good deal on it. But...the first thing we asked the salesman when purchasing was whether or not they would remove our old mattress when they brought the new one. The answer was "yes, of course." There was no mention of an extra charge or having to make special arrangements for old mattress pickup. When the delivery crew came they had no record of our request, and informed us that there was normally a charge for pickup. When they called the store to confirm pickup, the salesman denied that we had discussed it at all! They did approve the pickup with no extra charge, but you should get that up front!

Problems after delivery.

The store experience and dealings with the salesman were initially very good. We ordered a CA King with two box springs. Upon delivery, there was a problem with one of the box springs. We called and were promised delivery of a new box spring on Tuesday of the following week. We called again after this did not happen without call or notice and were told that, due to unavailability, it would have to be ordered from a warehouse for delivery the following Tuesday. The final box spring is still not satisfactory - slight tear of material underside and staples sticking out with box spring guards askew.

Excellent

My experience, from beginning to end, was straightforward and helpful all the way through. I never had to worry about an unnecessary sales pitch nor anything that might be construed as misrepresentation or underhanded business practice. What was most helpful was the sales manager working to adjust the delivery schedule on a day that turned out to be tight for time. I appreciated that very much.

Awesome salesman!!

We went to mattress warehouse to pick out a bed for my son. The salesman was so knowledgeable it took minutes to find a mattress he liked. My son is so pleased with his mattress.

Mattress Exchange

I first bought a mattress and it smelled of chemicals, and the smell never left, but I was able to exchange it for an organic mattress that is wonderful (although much more expensive) and which I would recommend!

Great Experience

I went into the Williamsburg location and was "fitted" for my bed. The salesman, Brandon, walked me through everything and was very helpful without being too pushy. I made my choice but wanted to discuss it with my Husband prior to making the purchase. I was unable to speak with him while in the store so Brandon gave me his card to call him back. I called later that afternoon to order but their credit card system was down. Brandon went ahead and ordered it and asked that I call back the next day with the card information. Since there was some difficulty I was given free delivery. The whole experience was good from the beginning to the end even with the hiccup due to them giving free delivery. I would highly recommend their services!

Thorough, Quick Service

I was on limited time and Brenda helped me quickly purchase a mattress for my Aunt. I feel like she took care of me throughout the entire process and I am very happy with my purchase and the price I paid.
