The best experience
The Slim transformation team has been so helpful in my weight loss journey I can’t compliment them enough :-) they are always there to help with any questions or worries I might have. Always checking in and offering their support and always on time with delivery. It has made my Wegovy journey so much easier and stress free. I would recommend them to everyone! :-)

The best online pharmacy IMO
Really a company with a difference!
Of all the online pharmacies out there, this is the best of the best. I have been with them for 4 years and had genuinely a positive experience: always helpful and providing so much advice and support. Literally 5 stars, highly recommend and I hardly leave reviews anywhere.

Thank you for rating us 5 stars & excellent, it really means a lot to us a small family business. Because we are a small fish in a large pond, we are unfortunately unable to get the same deals/rates that the big fish get with the wholesalers (such as some of the well known pharmacies who have 100s of stores across the country and can stock the wholesalers range of other products to get special pricing on these medications).
I hope we have made up for it with the customer service and ongoing support we strive to achieve so that our lovely customers can reach their goals, come off the medication and go on with a changed outlook. If you do ever want to have a chat about pricing, please do drop us an email, message or call, as we do have several schemes in place to help with pricing.

Very straightforward process and really great results. I have lost 12kg sun the start of March (4 months) it feels pretty effortless and personally have had no side effects. Injections are delivered promptly on a specified day with updates re expected delivery info once ready for delivery and again in transit.
Regular but not intrusive emails to check how I am doing and the informative posts on the site/via email are really useful and also not overwhelmingly frequent but just right.
Highly recommended this company, their products and approach.

Quite often now when I go to my…
Quite often now when I go to my wardrobe to get ready for a meeting and I can actually choose from a few suits, I remind myself of how hard it used to be... I had two pair of trousers I could fit into and maybe five or six tops. Getting ready for meetings was such an ordeal... This has changed so much thanks to Slim Transformation and their ongoing support.... I really enjoy wearing clothes I love now... Thank you so much Jenny and team 💕💕

Not happy to refund even when the item isn't dispatched.
The company will happily take the full payment and send generic health care emails, however I've suffered severe nausea and vomiting symptoms all at once, bucket and toilet at either ends. Plus I had some sharp stomach pain which wasn't great, so I contacted them to ask to reduce the order of my next dose and no one is replying. They are not happy to refund the second dose so have decided to ignore my email so it goes over the returns period.

Thank you for your review. I have looked into this for you and can see that you have been conversing with us via email. Since your last email regarding your symptoms, we have emailed you back three times but we have not received a reply from you as of yet. Please can you check your junk or spam folder.
You did say that you sourced an alternative product from another company and we are querying if that is causing any of your symptoms, as the last product you received from us was December 2023. We have not shipped any products to you since then.
Our latest email to your query did specify that we can amend your order and refund as necessary but we did not hear back. We will send you another email momentarily.
Please may you check the emails we have sent and respond to them accordingly?
Your previous emails also did not mention stomach pains - please can you elaborate further in response to our emails as this is a new symptom we have just been made aware of.
