Great slippers and great service from ordering to delivery thank you

I wish that I had read the reviews before placing an order for slippers for my family from this appalling business. In my opinion the Slipper Shop should not be allowed to continue trading. Wrong size slippers received and I feel its not worth complaining as many customers have been ignored by the Slipper Shop. I have recently purchased more slippers elsewhere. The way in which they treat customers is absolutely disgusting.

What they don't tell you.... is that if you return something..you pay for the postage. Not only that..but if you've opened the packaging at all..like even to look at it..they will find a reason to deduct from your refund, any amount they choose...The fact that it wasn't your fault that the slippers they sold were 1.5 sizes too small and not 'true to size' as they advertise.. that's a minor detail.. They obviously are a company so desperate for income that they rely on return item penalties to survive!..Any decent company would pay the return postage and encourage new business...not this one!!. It's a pity this review didn't even get on to the slippers themselves...should speak volumes about them!..Why would anyone go back after being treated like that?

I have never written a one star review before. I believe in giving businesses a chance - but the customer service at Slippershop is the worst I have ever encountered, and I have worked in Customer Service myself for over 40 years. My Padders slippers came un-stitched after just 4 weeks wear. Slippershop were not interested because I had had them for a few months by then, they just had not been worn. Fortunately the lovely people at Padders were very sympathetic and disappointed that their product was not up to standard, and they tried to get the Slippershop to send replacements to me. When this failed the lovely people at Padders sent me a new pair of slippers, despite the fact that I hadn't ordered them directly from them. BUT.. Slippershop still have my £32.99 that I paid for the slippers, PLUS the refund that they would have taken from Padders AND compensation from Royal Mail, as they said a replacement pair of slippers were posted out to me, but didn't arrive. Slippershop are happy to take your money and that's it. BUT a massive THANK YOU to the excellent customer service by the manufacturer. A word of warning - buy your slippers from the manufacturer.

The slippers came promptly but were not the size I ordered and will have to be returned.

Very cheap quality slippers that started falling apart after wearing them for 1 month in the house. And what's worse, their Customer Service team told me that supposedly it was "impossible for any glue to hold them together"!? Maybe then they shouldn't be making such products in the first place, if the company doesn't have the necessary skills/materials! As obviously myself and my family have had loads of pairs of slippers from other brands (considerably cheaper than SlipperShop!), which managed to hold together for years.

No Customer Service at all.
The slippers received are just awful, rough and uncomfortable. I stuck it out for a while thinking they may get better but then tried to contact the Slipper shop about this. They do not respond to emails and their phone system is completely impossible to use.
Very disappointed.
Future customers - beware of the Egos felt slippers, they are awful. The Slipper shop now will now not allow me to post a review of these "slippers" on their website which is telling.

Great website for ocean plastic slippers, so delighted to find an eco choice.

Received slippers in good time.Ordered some Homeys Slippers. A bit more than I would usually spend on slippers but they are super comfy and have a unique design.
