I needed 2 extra bags of the grout/ mortar mix as I could not find a the coverage any where on the website.This lead to me getting g a £50 delivery charge.After spending hundreds of pounds on my previous order I thought this was very unreasonable.

Still ain't received item. And haven't been given a date or any idea when it's coming

Ordered a few samples which never arrived.

My sample eventually arrived, a nice big sample so you could see the full effect of the Brick. One point to consider is maybe to send the review request after the samples arrive not before 👍🏽

Product is of good quality, shame the same can't be said for customer service. I have been left short of bricks as multiple of the items delivered were broken and offered no resolve other than to pay for another crate and a hefty £50 delivery fee. I was however offered 5% off which would amass a total of £1 discount, ensure if you have any delivery issues that you report these immediately and apparently need to take a single image showing all breakages which is not reasonable. Also be very aware that the delivery is kerbside, meaning I had a 200kg package left outside my 2nd floor apartment at a high street address.

I was really impressed when I visited their web site and discovered that i could get up to 4 samples for free, as it's much better seeing the product than just pictures on a computer screen, so I ordered 4.

They were very slow to arrive, and had a hand written note on the package saying "rest to follow". There were only 2 samples inside.

As I was ready to book my installation and just needed the slips, I sent them an email asking when the other two would be coming and whether when I placed an order the slips would be as slow to arrive as the samples, or were sent out faster because it was a paid for order. No response. I resent the email. No response. A week later and the other samples haven't arrived, so this morning I placed my main order with another company.

Requested 2 samples of panels. I received them 3 or 4 days after requesting them .free p&P very satisfied with the service.

Samples Requested Excellent Service arrived within the week of ordering, really impressed with the standard of these. I will be placing an order very soon.

Prompt delivery. Helpful sales staff. Good quality slips . Well packaged

Great service, nice product

I thought I would only receive one slip brick, but I received 7 stuck on hardwood, which gives an even better indication of what they’d look like and the slight difference in colours. I am really pleased with how they would look and will definitely be ordering them, once we’re at that stage of needing them.

Brilliant service, delivery was quick, slips were well packaged. Made a lovely feature of our chimney breast wall.
