Didn’t receive my dress. This lady used false tracking information to lie and say I got it. Do not order from her ! She doesn’t have the stock she is promoting.

Great communication throughout the delivery process
On time
Very efficient

Fantastic customer service experience! Small issue on the order which was down to me not reading the description carefully. I highly recommend these guys!👍👌😊

It ‘s been more than 3 month and stil did not get the dress i bought. I lost my money, this is a fake website

I ordered this in april and its only just been shipped, no communication from the company; absolutely sh!t they should be shut down i will never shop with them again

This business is a scam!!!🤬 I never got what I paid for and no one was communicating with me. I had to go out of my way to find out anything about my order. I was so very disappointed because I was so excited.😠 Firstly, my order was hugely delayed. I got clothes that had MAKEUP STAINS on alllll around the neck around.🤯 I’ve got sensitive skin. These stains had me itching myself. 😫How can you send a valid customer cloths that have already been worn and not even washed.🤔Basically what I ordered is basically nothing compared to what actually got delivered. And for that, I had also ordered sone specific stacked pants and what they sent me in my final package was NOTHING compared to what I actually ordered. They just sent me some sequinned ugly looking uncomfortable, unfaltering, not my size pants.🤢 I was left unwanted, unappreciated by the business and I will NEVER shop for them again. The business is atrocious and unrealistic, A SCAMMMM. If I could put pictures as I would. They must only send the true items to actually influencers because us normal girls aren’t getting exactly what we are ordering.😤

I bought 2 of the pre order scarfs (21 business day dispatch) over 2 months ago and still not received anything. No confirmation of shipment not even a tracking order. I contacted the business owner and exchanged a few emails but wasn’t able to establish if my order had even been shipped out to me. She offered me a refund, I would except it only I am unsure because I would order the items again but i don’t want end up in the same situation

Product came very late and when I asked for a refund after I was told to return the product they lied and said they have sent it, still haven’t received a refund after 2 months. They are very unprofessional.

Order was sent out very quickly!

Absolutely love SLKN I enjoy the diversity of clothing and stage quality is just impressive, as well as the limited editions and unique designs.Overall I’m completely satisfied.10/10 recommended.
Looking forward to wearing a dress that I recently purchased!

All of the items I ordered were poor quality and the sizing is completely off , I had reached out to slkn about help with sizes and went for what was recommended which still didn't help. They were helpful when it can to me spending money not so much when I needed help with anything else. Some of the items do look lovely but they're over prices and you can find the majority of it on other sites for cheaper but I'm still not sure the quality is worth it.

I’ve loved every outfit i’ve bought from this site😍the delivery is so fast aswell

Good quality, quick shipping!

Excellent customer service, fast delivery time, great packaging. Cute clothes 💘

SLKN are everything! I have bought from them a few times and it’s the quality for me💅🏾
The customer service is also very good and I always receive my items very quickly. I would recommend SLKN to anyone that is interested in getting clothes quickly for a night out or even for a casual cheeky day out with your girls!

You won’t be disappointed and I will forever be apart of the SLKN GALS.

SLKN’s customer service is great - anytime I’ve ordered or had an enquiry you can guarantee if you drop them a message on Instagram, they are going to go out of there way to meet your request, the brand makes you feel welcome and valued just through a message. I love the variety of clothes and rotation of stock as well as the limited pieces and original designs. I have a number of scarfs from SLKN which are perfect, I was worried about washing them but have had 0 problems and always get complimented. Can’t wait to get a chance to wear a dress I got as my most recent purchase!

Purchased one of the business e-books and it was really helpful

Great communication. Website is very easy to use and the clothing’s of a great quality. Ideal delivery times also.
