Anfangs auch schöne Beträge auszahlen können, auch wenn die letzten 3 Monate zur Zeit keine großen Gewinne erzielt werden konnten. Ist halt ein Casino aber im Durchnitt habe ich hier mit jeder einzahlung am längsten spielen können (oft viele kleinere Gewinne) als in jedem anderen Casino.

Sketchy casino. Made a deposit with bonus, cleared bonus with winning and sent all documents required but they kept insisting on having it in pdf format and asking for information that I already attached. I argued back and forth with customer service until I circle my account, deposit, date and name. It was all there it’s just they refused to see it until I circled it and advised in bullet point form. Ok got verified and successfully withdrew the money.
I haven’t hit a single bonus game since. Not only I never came close again to withdrawing I just lose money instantly here. That’s on 4-5 separate days around 15 different slots. How is it even possible to never hit a bonus. Pretty sketchy. I’ll make one more deposit in few weeks and if it’s the same pattern all over I think it’s safe to say good bye to this one.

I Won Fairly, Sent Proof, Still Suspended
I won money fairly and followed all the rules — but my account was suspended for using a “third-party” payment method, which is completely false.
I submitted clear proof: bank statements, official screenshots, and documents showing the account is 100% under my name. Still, they ignored it.
They’re holding my winnings and asking for documents from a third party that doesn’t exist — because it’s my own account. I feel cheated and disrespected.
If this is how they treat honest players, be very careful.
