Sloto was great at first I won 2500 a couple of times. Then all of of a sudden I won this year and I try to make a withdrawal which they only allow 2500 a week previously now I tried to withdraw 2500 and they said I can’t that management has changed the withdrawal amount to 1500. Then I try to withdraw 1500 and they say that I can’t withdraw 1500 because I won this off of a bonus free spins. Then what the hell is the playroom money for I played through all of the play through and then one 3500 after the play through. So out of a $3500 win after play through money was went through I can only withdraw $500. When their rules and money management regulations say that a player can withdraw $5000 a week. I don’t know if they went under new management, but I wouldn’t play with them ever again. I even asked why and they said a manager is the one who decides how much you are able to withdraw so they can change it whenever they want.. they used to be really good. They turned into tricks and lies and deceit, and I will not play with them ever again.

I submitted a payout request for about 1000 on the 4th of May and have yet to be paid because I cannot meet the specific requests of the security/verification team on sloto.

The first request was a screenshot of my crypto wallet with my full name. I use cashapp for deposits and unfortunately there isn't a page that shows the users full name within their crypto wallet. I tried explaining to support but they keep asking for the same documents. I sent in my tax report from the crypto side of cashapp but it is still not efficient. I asked if I could send a screen recording but was ignored.

The second request was a screenshot of my crypto wallet with the most recent deposit performed and full deposit address showing. I submitted this proof but support is denying it because the full deposit address isn't showing. Cashapp does not show the full deposit address in their transaction and only the first couple characters. This is not possible in screenshot form and I even pasted the full address from the transaction since only a few characters are visible. I explained this to support but again they are not accepting this.

Supports response to this was to simply request the exact same documents with no other alternatives for me and completing ignoring the limitations of my crypto wallet. (I think they actually just copy and pasted the same initial email word by word in their reply)

I have submitted my id, bank statements, tax report but they are still unable to verify.

Support does not seem to be willing to work on this with me and unfortunately I have low hope of actually getting paid at this point. This is very unfortunate because I was really enjoying the site and was looking forward to m y withdraw being sent so I can deposit and play again. (You are unable to deposit while you have an active withdraw in process)

For a casino to be accredited and listed on CasinoMeister list of best casinos they has to display a high level of transparency and fairness towards their users. Slotocash use to be on this list but it was revoked back in 2023 because they did not meet this standard. It is 2026 and there are thousands of online casinos accessible to users all over the world. Thousands who do provide a fair and fun experience. Thousands who will payout the users no problem without needing a public complaint on TP. We need to do better at choosing who we give our business too. It is kind of ironic that even after completing a 45x rollover the biggest gamble I'd be faced with is whether or not id even get my payout. I do not feel lucky. I learned my lesson and will never play on this site ever again regardless of this outcome

Update 5/11 : Was informed my account finally passed verification on 5/9 and again on 5/11. Payment has yet to be sent despite being told withdraw was not under review anymore.

The entire time I did not have fun at all and I spent half the time on a chat window trying to explain why the two of the games glitched which they did and shoot it was just no help. It was just very frustrating. I just wanted to hurry up and lose all the remaining money so I can get out of the game.

Awesome best thing ever

I just signed up yesterday and to my surprise won a large amount of money. The verification process was so simple and I was approved already to withdraw funds. I like the constant communication via email as to exactly where I stand with my account and if anything is needed from me. I understand the depositing process but a fee being assessed for minimal or maximum amounts is very high when you consider $20,000 win takes 6 times to withdraw at $60 each time is $360, I would think there would be exceptions made especially when your already paying a high fee but they may be part of your money making process at your end. I'm also having trouble with any bonuses and I have deposited $500 at different intervals. Again thank you for such a fun website and quick acceptance.
