This has been my go to casino lately due to the very friendly support (when they are available) and fairly large availability of game providers and live games. They have a working and functional sort/filter for game providers (which is a lot more than I can say about several other casinos that can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this simple task). They accept US credit card transactions (which again is a lot more than I can say about most online casinos) as well as plenty of crypto options. I've received a couple withdrawals in a respectable timeframe (which is A LOT more than I can say about 85% of other online casinos)...i received my last payment just a few days after requested around Christmas when "some" other casinos are claiming to be backlogged and haven't paid me 5 weeks later.

Now for some criticism: Customer Support hours aren't very convenient for my schedule, It's very common for me to have to leave a msg when I have an issue due to the limited CS coverage. But, at least when I reach them they are very helpful. Also, technical bugs | issues seem to take a long time to get resolved. One of my favorite live games that I was playing frequently suddenly stopped accepting my bets...it's been 2 months and still no fix (while everyone else seems to be playing with no issues). That's very frustrating...however, they did offer me a $100 credit for the inconvenience.

Again, their customer service is unrivaled in the online casino industry at least as far as the casinos available for me to play in my state. I had an issue last night while playing two different windows where my bet was doubled in the other browser 4 times while pressing the spacebar. Before I realized my auto bet wagered $144 in one spin of the wheel which left me horrified. I usually bet up to $15 max on occasion. After speaking with CS, they agreed to refund the amount as a one time only courtesy and offered to set my bet limits in the system to avoid this in the future (which I did)...how many casinos would do this for you? Most would have said it's my loss and I should pay more attention. But not only did they not completely blame me, but they took steps to prevent it from occurring again.

This casino is an absolute joke. And they give their players bonuses specifically for leaving reviews. I have never won here and have spent more than enough to win something. Their customer service will not give you a bonus if you request one no matter how much you’ve deposited or lost. I used to get rakebacks weekly anywhere from $25-$100 and have not received one in over a month. I love the game selections but that is all. Time to take my business elsewhere.
