I don,t have this problems, I won but they pay out correctly, only a bit late 3 days.

Do not play here. Won alot of money, but they refuse to pay out, the messages keep saying 'we have to wait for your deposit to arrive'. Even after 48 hours it's impossible to withdraw. Kindly asked them around 5 times to close my account and they straight up refuse. I have proof of all the email contact.
