As per our terms and conditions you agreed to before playing on our platform, if you use your Bonus Balance and your bet generates a win, the winning will be added to your bonus balance (unless the bet completes all your wagering requirements in which case, except if the bonus is non-Cashable, the entire remaining bonus balance will be transferred to your real balance).
If you make a bet with both Real Money and Bonus Money, any win will be added to your bonus balance.
Having an active bonus does not prevent you from withdrawing, however you will have to choose to cancel your entire bonus balance (this includes any winnings you accrued while bonus was active) should you wish to withdraw.
If you reverse a withdrawal, bonus cancelled due to your withdrawal request will not be re-added.

Warning about the “free spins” offer – Very annoying and not worth it
I deposited £10 on SlotStars and received 125 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza and 50 spins on Big Bass Splash. At first I thought it was a great offer. From the free spins I won £11.25, so naturally I expected I would just be able to withdraw it.
However, when I tried to withdraw the winnings, it showed as an “active bonus.” I assumed this meant I simply had to wager the £11.25 once. That was not the case at all. I ended up wagering everything in my account, yet I was still unable to withdraw anything.
None of this was explained clearly when claiming the offer. The wagering requirements and conditions are buried or poorly communicated, which makes the whole experience feel very misleading.
I also tried using the AI chat support, which was completely useless and didn’t clarify anything.
It’s sites like this that give online slots and gambling a bad reputation. The system feels frustrating and unfair. I’d recommend staying away and sticking with casinos like Ojo or Admiral where the bonus system is much clearer.

I deposit £10 account locked in fact all accounts with this company locked.
I had a playOJo account with no issues owned by same company.
Then asks me to verify why do companies keep doing this after deposit its against the License no idea why they keep doing it.
Regardless worst part is I try probs about 30 times to verify with the 3rd party they send my data to and doesn't work endlessly says please wait.
