SCAM COMPANY!!
SCAM COMPANY!!! Beware people DONT order from this company or their other website HAO Direct. I placed an order which they claim is out of stock so the orders were cancelled and I paid using Klarna and the company claims they refunded me to a stripe account that doesn't belong to me. It was my first time hearing what stripe is. Done my research it's all a big SCAM!! People beware.

However, the screenshot you provided shows a different card ending in 9121, and the transaction status appears as “Payments paused.” Based on this information, the payment shown in your screenshot does not correspond with the payment details recorded for this order.
We therefore recommend contacting the bank associated with the card ending in 9121 to verify the payment status. If the payment has been successfully processed, please kindly provide the transaction ID, and we will gladly investigate this further.
Regarding the payment you mentioned related to HAO Direct, we recommend contacting that company directly to confirm the transaction details, as we are unable to access or verify payments made through other websites.
