I won't go anywhere else for hot tub chemicals, advice and when I buy a new hot tub it will be from them!
Chris and Justine are so down to earth and are happy to give you advice and guidance via Facebook and their website chat. Responses to questions are pretty much immediate. Their chemicals and products are great and competitively priced as are all of their other products. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the aromatherapy tabs. The inspiration wellness gift set not only provides you with 12 perfectly sized samples, it allows you to choose those that you really like, therefore not spending a fortune on a bottle, Then leaving it in the cupboard…

I personally particularly liked the calming Clary Sage scent, as it was nice and fresh. Similarly, the rosemary citrus had an absolutely beautiful summery scent. The aromas themselves have a wonderful depth to them, and I’m certainly looking forward to purchasing some of the full sized bottles… Once I’ve got through the rest of the gift set (that I treated myself to!)

Was having problems with limescale in my hot tub. Was advised the products to get, placed an order and it came really quick. Also what I was advised to buy worked so I can now use my hot tub.

I haven't yet purchased anything from them, but I have been in contact several times asking for advice and he'll with issues I have had with my hot tub. They always get back to me very quickly, have been very helpful in their advice and also their recommendations to me. Following intermittent cutting out of pump on wavespa hot tub,purchased replacement impeller from Smalleys.

We used Smalley Hot tub Services last year when our Cleverspa started to play up, they were brilliant and and so quick at the turn around, even came around after having install issues. Couldn't recommend more if we tried. Absolutely smashing it!!
