I wasn't sure whether to buy from here as I'd never heard of them, but they kept popping up on Facebook so I thought I'd give it a try. Bought my 2 year old grandson a balance bike which arrived within 2 days, was easy to put together and just the right size for him. So a few days later I caved and bought a play kitchen I'd had my eye on for a while. Daughter said it took a while to build and had lots of parts, 4 parts weren't numbered and instructions weren't very clear BUT that is my only criticism. It arrived the very next morning after I'd ordered. Most importantly little man loves it and it's just the right height for him. Would definitely buy from Small Smart again in the future.

I ordered from SmallSmart.co.uk specifically to support a small business instead of buying from a big retailer like Amazon. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

The parcel was never delivered to my door, even though I left clear delivery instructions. The driver didn’t ring the intercom, didn’t call, and simply left the parcel unattended and unsafe area. When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and instead asked me to provide CCTV footage to prove that someone else took it — something I legally cannot access as a tenant.

I reached out to the building manager who reached out to the police and then I was asked to give the exact time of when the parcel was delivered and eventually taken. I could not know at what time it was taken/stolen and they needed a 20min window frame. The fact remains that the parcel was never delivered to the correct address.

Despite this, the company still refused to refund me and continued to insist the parcel was “delivered”.
To make matters worse, their customer service responses were written in poor and unprofessional English, making communication confusing and frustrating.

Asim is such a nice kind helpful funny person. The customer service was brilliant and uncomplicated. Location was perfect. Highly recommend

We ordered the deluxe wooden kitchen for our granddaughter for Christmas. Although it took a couple of hours to put together, instructions were clear and the quality is amazing and is a very solid structure! Sadly the little phone was broken but customer services were quick to respond to say they’ve dispatched another! Brilliant. Thank you so much. I will be shopping from here again.

Fantastic all round. I bought a Hooga Kensington dolls house from Smallsmart and couldn’t be more pleased. The packaging was brilliant and protected everything in the box. It arrived bang on time and when I put the dolls house together I was so so pleased. The quality far exceeded my expectations. These days, unfortunately, we have grown to expect substandard quality but I was so surprised at how well made this was and the clever design made it so easy to put together. I bought this because I wanted a toy that would last and look like a nice piece of furniture in my granddaughter’s bedroom as well as it being a fun toy to play with. All the boxes have been ticked and when I discovered it was a Uk brand too then that was the cherry on the cake. There are plenty more things on the website that look equally as fantastic so I will definitely be returning.

I ordered a product from Smallsmart and enountered an issue while building it. I contacted Felix at Smallsmart and he helpfully arranged a courier to collect the product.

Unfortunately, the DPD driver incorrectly logged that there was nothing to collect and the item therefore went missing. Smallsmart agreed to refund me as the customer while they continue trying to locate the parcel with DPD.

Very pleased with my recent purchase of the organic baby gym and foldable baby bath. Some lovely products offered with a quick delivery and very good service from the company.

Couldn’t be happier with the quality of their products and costumer service. They made sure I was a happy costumer even when I contacted them a few weeks after my purchase about something very specific. Definitely recommend and my family and friends will keep buying from them again.

Buyer beware. Extremely poor customer service if you need to contact them. Extremely rude. Bought a product based on size guide on their website. Product clearly too small. One line of defence was I should have checked the manufacturer website size guide. Return policy is harsher than competitor retailers. Highly recommend to shop around, if a similar price elsewhere worth comparing returns policies before deciding. In particular anyone buying Liewood, their returns policy far more friendly than at small smart. The type of lovely support you can expect “ No problem, you are entitled and free what you wish to do, we do also have the right and the back up to provide it to whom it may concern if we need to”.

Bought a mud kitchen and some screws are missing and the black square is snapped in half and there is a dent in the kitchen top witch is very visible, apparently it appeared there after 2 weeks bearing in mind this is a birthday present I did inform them straight away but took me a while to send pictures. apparently they will send you the small parts but the bigger parts they won't so you either have a refund or a partial discount of 5 percent and small items replaced. I think this is ridiculous I wouldn't shop there again I mean it's a birthday present who wants to send it back and wait for a refund I GUESS THE POINT IS READ OR ASK ABOUT THE REFUND POLICY
