I was having issues to log on the…
I was having issues to log on the website to check my post, I called the customer support and Martin tried to help me multiple times to access the folders, but the system was not working. Martin offered to email me the files and said that was going to call the IT and come back to me. After 10 minutes, he called me back and managed to help me with system access and also emailed me the files. Great customer experience. Thank you.

Smart Formations - Straightforward and competitively priced

Excellent Brilliant service
Excellent Brilliant service, i got reffered to smart fomartions by a friend and they did a MLR check which came back very compliant after checking my documentation. Quick, polite and efficient service
I needed to update my login email for Post. I emailed the admin email address, and in less than an hour I received a phone call from an agent who had already made the change. He stepped me through logging in with the new address to make sure it worked preoperly. Very happy. Thanks for such quick and efficient service.
