Absolutely fantastic service from Aaron and his team. We got our first mortgage with Smart Mortgages two years ago and it was time to renew in June. But with the rates looking like they would increase, Aaron was able to lock-in a new fixed rate for us just before they went up. As a first time buyer I didn’t really have much insight into the process but Joel worked brilliantly with me and made the process very smooth. He organised calls and kept me posted throughout the process and made it very simple for me to understand.

Literally had our mortgage sorted within hours, not only that he helped us get in touch with the agent working in the estate we where interested in, helped us with a lawyer he just went above and beyond - fast forward two years later and he is still looking out for us by getting us an amazing new rate, Aaron has kept in touch with us and honestly we haven’t had to think about the next step, it’s been so easy. 10/10 Service.

Aaron has been fantastic from start to finish. He secured us a great mortgage and later helped us remortgage at the best possible rate, even when the circumstances made it far from straightforward. His knowledge and persistence meant we never felt out of our depth, and he always had our best interests at heart. On top of all that, he was the one who pointed us towards the area we now live in, which has turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. We really couldn't recommend him enough.
