Very helpful, helped get an engineer out to me very quickly as my boiler was broken. They also serviced it at the same time which was very convenient for me. Would recommend!

They had engineers come round in very good time and ge was very polite and courteous. Fixed my boiler issue and tested it several times before leaving.

Disgusting and downright scam
Mis sold service, Claiming to charge one time payment of £375 but then charging for each part and asking for money for each repair... what nonsense scam artists..Phone service not properly functioning.
Have reported to the financial Ombudsman.
My account is for the Eastney road PO48DY property, 7 emails to your said email id over the last 2 weeks....keeps getting rejected by the way.. you will need to check on your email servers as well in addition to the shoddy service.

Was offered drainage cover with smart plan when I switched my energy with a special offer. My drains were blocked and they fixed the issue, had to wait 2 days for the appointment but very thorough and effective once arrived

I spoke to Oscar in the customer service team who was very friendly. I had an issue with my heating which was resolved the same day! Amazing service every time. Thanks Smart Plan👍🏼

Smart-Plan also known as UK Boiler Company Ltd. I took a fixed price repair policy out with them for £375. I believed I was dealing directly with the boiler manufacturer Vaillant as their website is designed to look like the genuine Vaillant site. The plumber came to my house and spent no more than 1 minute looking at the boiler as said that the PCB wanted replacing and it was a common fault. He said he would order the part. Eight days later we still had no heating. I phoned Smart Plan and they said they had refunded £240 to me because the PCB was not covered and I should read the terms and conditions. They charged me £135 for one minutes work. As far as I am concerned this is sharp practice at best and these people are to be avoided at all cost. I don’t believe they have engineers of their own, and simply phone an engineer local to you and take a big cut for themselves. Next time I’ll just use a local plumber.

Very pleased with the engineer. He also had an apprentice. They were both very polite and efficient and tidy. Unfortunately there was a slight hiccup but the engineer came out and rectified this.
Highly recommend.
