I had a great experience with SmartAWARE Accounts & Tax. The entire tax return process was handled very professionally and smoothly. They were responsive, helpful, and explained everything clearly throughout the process.

They helped to submit my self assessment for the past years that were due and maintained transparency on the entire process from start through to the end. All I had to do was submit a few details, while they did all the leg work and diligently followed up with HMRC time and again to receive the latest update on my case.

No updates
Not organised and no proper communication. I reached out to them for self assessment and they asked for documents which I provided.
Everytime I asked for an update, I got an answer - 'My team would update you by EOD' as an standard answer and there was no update.
Wasted my 2 months following up with Deb and his Smartaware team and wouldn't suggest anyone who wants to avail their services
