What an absolute shambles, customer service non existent, 5 times I have tried making contact to this company to return my watch for either a refund or exchange as only worn for a few weeks and the screen is distorted.
Not 1 reply from my emails or direct contact to the store.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!

The watch and the features are good for the price. However customer service in NIL. Wrote to them t times no answer. Had "lost" my charging cable tried to buy one - nothing. Very dissapointing. Another company that appears to only want you to buy an item and provide no support service when customers need help.

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying a watch from this company. It doesn’t work and I have been trying to get an “authorisation code” to return it FOR NEARLY FOUR MONTHS! I have sent goodness knows how many emails and for the most part, they have been ignored. A Customer Service person called “Manuel” did acknowledge one of them and apologised for the delay. Since then though, yes you’ve guessed it, NOTHING. Have we all been fooled by their promotions on Facebook? Is it a scam I wonder?

Oh dear. I have had the same experience. My watch stopped working after 3 days. Their response, "Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed." No response since from them despite numerous attempts to contact.

The watch lasted 5 days and then stopped been trying to contact company but getting no response ...do not buy from this bunch of scammers

It took 8 days to arrive. Could not get the QR code to work. Instructions very poor. After having watch for 24 hours filled out form to send back. That was on the 15/1/24, had email back "Your request was sent & is being reviewed. We will email you when it is completed."
That was 4 weeks ago. Sent several email only to be returned "fail delivery " I did initially get 1 reply from a man called Manuel. After that no contact, total ignored. I have been SCAMMED.
The fight now starts, contact my Bank, Report a Fraud, ect ect.

This appears to be a scam !
Avoid this company , spend your money elsewhere .
Like others I purchased two watches in December , they are both faulty and despite contacting the company to arrange return and refund , nothing !
No further correspondence from seller .

Like others I purchased two vitality watches Christmas 2023.
One is defective but I cannot get a response from the seller.

i Bought this watch for my partner for Christmas 2023 its poorly designed the Button on the side literally fell out, i took a look and noticed that the button was held in by rubber girders the button is so badly designed it will fall out at 1st touch. I Tried to get through to Smartbodywise and ask for a replacement or refund and that was in December i am still waiting on a response and its feb 2024 DO NOT BUY from this Company its a Scam

Like everyone else, because I feel I've been scammed, I too have just decided to look for reviews.. WHY the 'F' do I still get drawn into these too good-to-be-true adverts - I tell you why - because I have a genuine reason to need a watch that does everything this useless piece of 'C' said it does, and is about as much use as breasts (being polite) on a fish. I'm so angry with myself probably more than with these scammers. I saw the advert on Martin Lewis's website, and stupidly thought 'Hey, if it's advertised on Martin Lewis's website then it has to be genuine' What a load of 'Bxs' - I agree with an earlier review, we should get together and contact the BBC and get these jokers held accountable. I want my money back, and this bloody stupid excuse for a health monitoring device, can't even tell that my blood pressure is now sky high and I'm hyperventilating due to the stress of it - Apparently, all my vitals are perfect and I am in good shape! if that were true, I'd not have bought the 'Fin' thing in the first place - one VERY VERY angry ripped-off too trusting customer... Grrrrrrr....

Bought a "Vitality Watch" before Christmas. Realised it hadn't been a good purchase (and didn't agree with the company's Terms of Agreement). Requested a full refund from Smartbodywise on 11th January, via email provided on their website (including A$30 "comprehensive coverage"). Received an automated message, and shortly after an "undeliverable" message (??). Have sent 3 more messages to Smartbodywise. No reply. This reeks of SCAM.

The watch does not provide the data required so I filled in their returns request on 16th January & since then NOTHING. Nice looking watch but it will not work with a Google Pixel mobile. Good at advertising but ZERO use for customer service

Like others who have posted on this site i too was ripped off with a "smart watch" the QR code to activate the settings was invalid,rendering the watch useless,after many emails i was still ignored,its a total chinese scam,when will sites that advertise for these people do something about this scam?i paid almost £100 for a piece of plastic...Not happy

Placed an order for the Vitality watch 17th Jan 2024, not received anything. Tried to contact by email and nothing!! Wish I'd read these reviews. Going to contact BBC who do rip off Britain who love to investigate the scammers and make the country aware and bring them down!! I want a refund after reading these appalling reviews. Doug W

Absolutely terrible customer service!
I bought a vitality watch for my partner for Christmas but it wasn’t what she wanted, whenever I’ve tried to contact these people they don’t even have the common decency to reply, would never buy from them again and most certainly will not recommend!
Wouldn’t have even got one star if I had the option

Bought two couple of weeks ago. Blood pressure reading totally inaccurate as I checked with my blood pressure machine. Requested return for both on the 19th January. Got an email saying it was being dealt with. Just emailed again 23rd and got an awful feeling I've got to write off £128. Why oh why didn't I read this reviews??? So mad with myself.

I was stupid enough to purchase this watch from a Black Friday advert instead of checking on this company via their website. Had I done so I would never have made the purchase. Many other people have had trouble with this company. I was unable to activate the watch via the app. I tried several times with varying results, but all asking for money.....I did not put in my details!!! Contact with the company has been ignored. I am now the not proud owner of a smart looking watch that doesn't work and out of pocket as well.

Impossible to set the correct time,date or day and nothing in the instructions regarding this plus Blood Pressure and Heart Rate readings totally inaccurate. Difficult to find anything that works correctly a total SCAM product do not waste your money. The only watch in the world that does not tell the time!!!

Purchased two watches in October for our wedding anniversary in December, my watch seems to be suffering from some sort of electrical interference, the wife's watch is still going strong (so far).
Have Emailed Smartbodywise on three separate days with absolutely no response whatsoever,are they a company that takes your hard earned money and then don't give a damn about customers??

Not even worth a 1 star, ordered before chtistmas never received watch, tried to email 4 times and no response, I would advise not to buy anything from this company
