I am extremely disappointed with Sitejabber’s services. Despite paying a substantial amount for their premium offerings, I have found that they consistently fail to publish positive reviews while negative reviews are posted almost immediately. This has led to a skewed and unfair representation of businesses. The lack of transparency and biased handling of reviews is frustrating and has severely affected my trust in their platform. I expected more from a service I invested in, but Sitejabber has unfortunately not lived up to its promises. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a fair and balanced review platform.

I received multiple emails from sitejabber with links to "confirm that my order was received," then the link takes me to the store's review page on trustpilot. Not sure if the store wrote the emails themselves or if they paid sitejabber for reviews. Either way sitejabber at least facilities the spam and it comes from their domain.

Sitejabber don't give a single feck about customers, nor do they care about small business owners/small businesses.
Best to boycott ShiteJabber and post your reviews on reddit or other websites instead! Please refrain from giving them any web traffic or money!
If you can, please report ShiteJabber to authorities for breach of free speech. Sites like DistrustPilot and ShiteJabber care allegedly only care about money and power.
That's why they pay each other and receive money from other large companies, so as to stifle completely valid criticism from consumers.
This isn't the first time that I've been "banned" or censored by ShiteJabber or Distrust Pilot, but I refuse to give up, because free speech and accountability does matter!!!
Just because large companies or powerful people can "buy" power and fame, it doesn't mean they have power over us!
We the people are the most powerful ones! As long as we're united we're the strongest!!
And, DistrustPilot: Please shut your fecking piehole about "inappropriate" language!! Feck off, will ya?!

Apparently because I opened a new account, my review for a company wasn't good enough? I'm not a bot. I just wanted to try the site out and start using it more often and it's bugged somehow and not loading the login screen. So here's my review of your review site. It's HORRIBLE AND FULL OF BUGS. Do better. Fire and hire people that can fix it. See trustpilot? They get 5 shiny stars. They know what they're doing.

Site jabber has removed any positive reviews left for my business, leaving only the negative reviews.
Every time a customer leaves me a positive review, they remove it and email me, asking me to sign up to their program so they can 'manage' my reputation.
For the low price of $7200, they promise to fix the exact problems that they create and perpetuate.
They talk about helping small business, but really it's pretty obvious that they are a scarcity driven companybwhonopperated in the fear and shame space.
What a gross and shameful business model.

They are faking reviews. I tried giving my honest 2 star review to hostgator and they don't let me do that and show an error message "We were unable to process the review. Please try again or contact support @ sitejabber.com if you still have problems."

SiteJabber offered to "Improve Our Rating" for $7,200. That amount is a $ 600-a-month fee paid in one annual lump sum.
I am not going to pay. Giving money to an operation like this will only help it spread. They are taking advantage of desperate small businesses.
In a phone call on March 4th, 2024, they first tried to sell me the $7,200 solution. When I refused, he offered me a $200 monthly plan with a $2,000 initiation fee. He explained that without payment, it would be virtually impossible to collect positive reviews.
He said they were a Google partner. Yet none of our Google reviews are on SiteJabber, and none of the SiteJabber reviews are on Google.
The reviews on this site are fake for the most part. Many promote other businesses, while others make ridiculous and untrue statements. Some appear to be written by primitive AI and dated a decade or more ago.
Do not fall for this. No consumer will take a review site with a name like that seriously. They know the reviews on Google are legit. Once Google figures out what they are doing, they will vanish from the search results overnight. And if you fall victim to Site Jabber, your money will have been completely wasted.
This is not an original scam. Does anyone remember PissedConumer?

Very reliable reviews platform which business don't like very much.
Unlike other review platforms, this platform does not remove genuine reviews, which means that their reviews truly reflect the feedback received from customers.
At last we possess a review platform that is absolutely neutral and independent and which we can trust.

After phone calls and numerous emails the company agreed to refund half my money. They did not want the 2 dresses back. I wrote a review giving one star last month and I am amending that review since they did issue a partial refund. Read about their return policy before you buy.

Got an e-mail from ‚Alice‘, they wrote a fake 1 star review about my business and expect me to reply to it (I only use trustpilot for our reviews), shady tactic to get customer onto your website.

For my business bad reviews are posted only; real positive reviews are not published. When trying to contact them, they dont reply. Later I get automated eMails that I shall open a paid account to manage publishing paid reviews. Arbitration proceedings in progress.

Just got on their site to leave a very negative review of the USPS. I filled out their form completely which left a lot to be desired as far as options. I did not use any profanity or foul language. After spending close to an hour leaving a review for the USPS that stated my review of the postal service would not be allowed unless I filled out the Sitejabber form. Once I filled out the Sitejabber form and hit the submit button it said my review would not be accepted!

I use Forward2me to ship from Japan Since 27/11/2023 I don't received or shipmen Dhl tracking number for shipmen.
The customer support not send it until now , it’s 20 days .
