Excellent experience
Booking process for Bee dental was a fast and straightforward online process for a new patient. I was very anxious at first after returning to dental care, I booked in for a check up with Kavitha, and I cannot praise Kavitha and her assistant Naseem enough! The reassurance, compassion and complete professionalism, I have received during my visit to these ladies has been absolutely fantastic! I was lucky enough to extend my check up to a scale and polish on the day too. These ladies were brilliant, talked me through the whole process taking a moment to reassure, and check in with me to check I was as comfortable as can be! I felt in such safe hands from the moment I walked into the room, and left feeling so confident and refreshed with my smile. Kavitha was lovely and clearly discussed my dental results in a detailed discussion. I would 100% recommend, thank you again Kavitha and Naseem😊

My dentist is the best ever.
My dentist is the best ever. He is always patient, has a fantastic sense of humour and he and his assistant Halle have a fantastic work friendship and bounce off each other. My son recently moved to London and was gutted he would lose this dentist. I never have nerves going to him as he always puts you at ease.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Bee Dental.
I booked an appointment with Dr Shahram a month in advance. When I arrived yesterday, I was suddenly told I would be seeing a different dentist. When I explained that I had specifically booked with Dr Shahram, two receptionists spoke to me in an extremely rude, aggressive and dismissive way, repeatedly insisting that I had booked with another dentist because “the system shows that”.
Thankfully, I had a screenshot of my original booking confirmation, clearly showing that I had booked with Dr Shahram. **Only after I showed them the screenshot did they check their system and realise that Dr Shahram had changed my appointment and moved me to another dentist.**
I don't care why the change was made — but both the dentist and the practice have a responsibility to inform the patient. If Dr Shahram decided to transfer his patients to another dentist for any reason, he should have made sure that I was informed in advance. I specifically chose my dentist for a reason, and I should not have to arrive at my appointment and find out unexpectedly that he has been changed.
What is even worse is the way I was treated by reception. Instead of listening and checking their records, I was spoken to loudly and aggressively and made to feel as though I was at fault, when the mistake was clearly on their side.
This experience showed a complete lack of respect for patients. How can anyone trust a dental practice where appointments can be changed without informing patients, and where staff respond so aggressively when the patient raises a legitimate concern? No matter how experienced the dentists are, without basic respect, communication and professionalism, that experience means very little.
Absolutely unacceptable.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, the dentist is thorough. I had a check up and a clean which involved a descale and polish. Completely painless and the dentist suggested a check up every 6 months but I have asked to go for a clean and polish each 3 months in between check ups at £60 a time which I think is a good price.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Horrendous experience with the staff, so rude and unprofessional laugh at you over the phone. So unhelpful quickly to take your money, book appointments at the wrong time requested them take you off the nhs patient list as you wanted to reschedule their mess up. Avoid.
