All good so far
Been with Eden for a couple of years and I've had no problems. Last year I was referred for a tooth extraction and Eden removed my tooth within a fortnight!
Only cost me Band 1 treatment fee.
I have visited today and had a all clear on a check up, so all happy.

Great service
Received a reminder of the appointment, pleasant reception and waited only 5 after the allocated time to see the dentist. Dentist excellent!!
Paid and then it was suggested a 9 month appointment, however, I wanted 6 months and this was arranged.

Wisdom tooth
Got my wisdom tooth taken out got a stitch put it and it ended up get infected because the stitch was too tight worst experience ever getting it removed ended up getting a dry socket so painful

Wrote a review concerning my dental treatment yesterday,however I had not looked in my mouth.
I specifically asked the dentist if the filling was white,he replied yes.
The filling is Not white,now I am very unhappy☹️

The dentist was informative, proactive, highly communicative, interested, gentle, friendly and everything one could want a dentist to be. I never worry about visiting the dentist anymore. When I walked into the surgery reception I was met with smiles at the desk and smiles again from the dentist and nurse in the consulting room. Thank you.

The dentist did my fillings really well, i asked him yo try without anaesthesia and he did, no discomfort or pain, i was really surprised

Pricing not clear and transparent
Pricing not clear and transparent. Told me to come in for a deep clean on band 2 NHS. After 10mins job was done and told to come in again for a 30min deep clean at same charge. Why not do the 30min deep clean the first time instead of 2 sessions both chargeable.
