Great service at Edge Hill Dental and easy to use app
Great service at Edge Hill Dental practice and Smart Dental care stores my previous information sure as allergies, medicine etc so it's easy to edit or submit my details a head of each appointment. This is especially useful for me as I'm disabled, on a lot of daily Medications and have a lot of allergies so it saves me having to type then all in a head of every appointment.

Made to feel relaxed and less anxious by dentist and assistant
Both the dentist and assistant made me feel relaxed and less anxious during my treatment. I had 2 extractions which was done quickly and easily without too much trouble. I was given clear instructions for after care. This experience was so much better than my previous dentist.

Brilliant Dentist
I am thrilled to bits since seeing Bushra and Abitha I had pain in my tooth and had to have a filling replaced I went back 3 times to see them both each time was no trouble at all they put me right at ease as I am not a fan of the dentist at all. I couldn't be happier with the care I received from them both thank you so much.

Natural beautiful teeth & smile
I am overwhelmed with joy on how lovely my teeth now look since Bushra Nasir did my composites. My husband has also booked in with her for later this month & friends have all commented on how beautiful they look. I would never have ‘Turkey Teeth’ as they look ridiculous but these composites are so natural looking. Thank you Bushra for giving me back my confidence as I can finally smile on photographs.,

Money focused and lacks patient care and quality dentists
Like the majority of the population in the UK, I am unable to access NHS dental care and unable to afford private treatment. So when I seen Smart Dental Care was offering Essential Dental plans, affordable dentistry, a bridge between NHS and private treatment. I was thankful I could receive at least some type of treatment. However, I would not recommend Smart Dental Care to anyone who can afford private treatment. I have been to two of their dental practices - Sefton dental practice and Edgehill dental practice with the latter being better of the two. The dentists I had at Sefton Dental Practice was awful, she destroyed my tooth when performing a root canal. I put a complaint in and was removed from their practice list. Kensington Dental Practice is a little better. However the dentist I have seen here and continue to see is more interested in money than patient care. As a whole I would not recommend them. I'm trying to find alternative dentist but as people are aware dentistry for most people is out of reach due to cost.. So choice is limited.
UPDATE: I sent my complaint on 15th December 2025 and there has been no acknowledgement of my complaint or correspondence. Need I say anymore....
Update: 06.01.26 still no acknowledgement of my complaint or any other contact from the practice. Yet you asked me to make contact with you. The whole experience speaks volumes.....

Excellent overall experience
Dentist was very understanding of my anxiety and the whole experience was painless. Doing a scale/clean, 2 fillings and 2 extractions (including 1 wisdom tooth) in 20 minutes with breaks for my anxiety and no real pain at all is miraculous to me and shows the skill of the dentist
