After my 1st appointment I was not satisfied that the practice was very good, on 2nd appointment me and my wife where told we both needed to book in for a filling on the same side of our mouths. So we went to a new dentist for a second opinion and after scans and xrays of our teeth at our 1st appointment apparently our teeth are in great shape. So yea won't be back or recommending them to anyone

Staff are the most rudest and unprofessional practice I have ever dealt with. I was told twice I was no longer registered with them to then be told this was false by the area manager. I have been told to “piss off” by the receptionist and called “crazy”. After emailing the area manager again for the same staff member, I was told that to “not return to this practice” as I recorded the abuse I received from the receptionist. My teeth have never been worse, told the pain would disappear with filings and then with a night guard which is not the case. This has now left me with no option for myself or my daughter for an NHS dentist. We’re always told to respect staff, when is it time that staff actually respect patients

The dentist and assistant made me feel at ease for my filling and cleaning procedures. The only down side was when I arrived for my appointment the receptionist said I needed to pay for my previous checkup the week before. It was a good job I had my receipt for the payment to prove I had paid.

Great service in Lisburn Smart Dental. Dr Rowan was very helpful and supportive. Dr Mahesh was outstanding, listened to my mother and was very gentle. Whole family is now registered with clinic.

I have no criticism at all. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, professional and most important, put me at my ease.

Very pleased from m start too finish. Made very welcome and just lovely girls that dealt with me during my visit. Would recommend too anyone too register with yourselves. Thanx again and look forward too seeing you again soon

Had an appointment to assess and repair tooth as filling had came out. Told I would need 2 hygienist cleans at £70 and X-rays. Hygienist clean was awful. Water being, what I can only describe, as being pumped into my mouth at a high rate, suction not happening which caused me to choke. Water everywhere and told not to sit up…I was choking! Finally dentist let me sit up and try to catch my breath. Told full clean wasn’t done due to excess bleeding…no blood at all. Told I needed 2 X-rays which I said I would do the next time but was told they had to be done then and there. X-rays that weren’t required at all as tooth needing filled could be clearly seen and no other issues with my teeth at all. No filling done, in more pain. Needed another 2 visits before they could do the filling they said. Went back 2 months later in the hope they would help as pain increased, because I was registered with them & the phone calls 5-7 times a week offering me an appointment with no £10 deposit required became a bit much. another mistake. More X-rays taken, told i needed at least 4 weekly appointments for hygienist cleans and treatment before they could do the filling. Absolute madness. More fool me for going the second time. Temporary filler done a better job. Another dentist explained what I needed done and couldn’t believe what they had done to me and tried to charge me for. Waste of time and money. Cowboys.
