Got my appointment day mixed up a week early but the staff were very helpful and actually found me an appointment that day and only a five minute wait. Great customer service

Good experience at reception and followed by excellent professional assessment of my teeth mouth and gums. I also had xrays and received immediate response of my teeth being fine. I feel the practice I attend is very good.

I am usually a patient of Mr Carre . However having lost 2 fillings, I went to his practise in STRETFORD Arndale to find that he was in the process of moving. The note in the window gave Smart Dental’s contact number which I used, and was offered an urgent appointment by a very pleasant and efficient receptionist. I was called into the surgery in a polite manner and treated quickly by a pleasant and efficient dentist. Happy days and very impressive. Surroundings were pleasant apart from the drainage work Tee Hee !!

New dental practice visit, so was unsure how it would go. However, had a great experience and felt very relaxed. So glad I have managed to get a place at this setting. Feel very confident that they will be able to give me the correct support and advice in the future. Previous dentists have claimed I had lots of issues with my teeth, and this visit has opened my eyes to the fact that possibly those issues weren’t as serious as I had been led to believe. Thankyou.

Been attending this dentist for approximately 30 years. Reasonable pricing for cosmetic work. Children from 6months have always enjoyed going; no fear as it’s a welcoming pleasant environment/experience.

Recently I had a severe toothache in a tooth under a crown. I got an appointment for the same day. After an examination, it turned out that there was inflammation at the root of the tooth. I was given antibiotics, which cleared up the toothache in 1.5 weeks. The doctor was very friendly during the examination and consultation. I am completely satisfied.

Was good. Staff gave clear information and seemed helpful to patients who were less computer savvy than others which is always reassuring.

Due to the lack of NHS dentists, the only way to find a dentist is to join a subscription. For roughly £20 a month, you can have two check ups and two hygienist appointments. This is what I have started in July 2025 and so far I've only had a checkup. I believe, if you are the type of person to prioritise your dental care then this method is the way to go.
This dental practice has one road parking and a nice waiting area. The dentist did the usual explaining of to floss and brush regularly. He cleaned the stain I had in my composite tooth which I appreciated as it was making me feel self conscious. I think the dental practice is nice and convenient for me based on where I live.
