Nothing but good things to say so far.I struggled to find a dentist after my previous dentist stopped treatment for NHS patients and was able to register with Smart dental care under the smart plan.I was worried about the cost but the cost difference has been minimal.Able to book appointments months in advance and text reminders sent so you don’t forget.All the staff here are really friendly/ helpful.

Satisfied patient… though kept waiting out in the rain.
I was telephoned the day before to remind me of the 2:00 appointment. I arrived and the door was locked. Three other patients arrived all with 2:00 appointments and we stood in the wind and rain. We were let in without any greeting or apology around 2:05.
I wasn’t called for a number of minutes, but the young man who invited me in was pleasant and well mannered. I do like my dentist and he looks after me well and assured me all is well. We discussed future treatment and timescale. All good

My experience at the dentists.
So helpful im disabled, so I took more time to move around the room. Didnt feel rushed in any way. Needed a hygienist appt, there was an appt available if I waited for ten minutes so all sorted in one go. Next appt booked for six months time. Well done to all of the staff.

As many people no its impossible to get a NHS dentist and even if u get emergency appointment its only for the basic care... this dentist came up on my social media and found it right on my doorstep I find the staff helpful and friendly im not a fan of the dentist but they made me feel relaxed and being a wheelchair user find the whole social interaction difficult but I was treated very well ... they are a private dentist but u only pay for what u have done and also they have lots of offers on to so check them out ..
