I backed them up in Indegogo like many others in June 2017, for $200. 6 years later, in 2023, I still haven’t receive the product. Every few months, they would send out an email saying the item will be ship in 2 weeks and to wait for the confirmation. And of course, I saw they are selling it on their website for $500, instead of sending the product and honor the $200 purchase price that I paid in 2017, they are always pushing me for a refund. They are scamming all the people who backed them up in 2017. Very unethical people, stay away!!

Received my smart duvet a few weeks ago…
Received my smart duvet a few weeks ago and we are very pleased with it so far. Installation was tricky the first time but once installed the cooling and heating works great. I give 4.5 star as I couldn't find the manual, they sent it to me by email afterward. I asked about the other reviews and they said client received their smar tduvet or the refund.

It's been six (6!) years. We keep getting promises even when I asked my money back I get a reply that I'll receive instructions, but these never arrive.
Weird Scam if you keep responding, isn't it?

Ordered on Oct 8, 2021, stopped responding on 12/28/2021
Ordered on Oct 8, 2021 and still waiting. Last communication from them on 12/28, 2021 and they haven't responded to my queries since then.
Probably will have to dispute the charge or small claims court next if I don' hear back anytime soon.

Still waiting on order and very unhappy
Haven’t received my order and I’m already turned off. Decided to give them a second chance, after how horrible they were at delivering during their kickstarter, that after a year overdue I demanded a refund. Only because the hub for my smart bed cover went bad. Two weeks today since my order was placed and still hasn’t even been shipped. I contacted them about their shipping timeframe and they said 14 to 21 days to ship. Seriously? Maybe that’s something you want to make visible before taking people’s money. Like what are they doing, making each item to order? They should already have product on hand ready to ship not still being produced at the time of ordering. I’m less than pleased, and at this point I’m about ready to request a refund again and move on to another’s company’s offering.
